Uhtdred Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I got trade lock near the 7 of august, and today is 17 and I still have the trade lock. Sent a ticket to support but they told me that "trade lock only last 72 hours" to protect the account. 10 days already passed, what's going on???

I didn't change my game rig, I used a VPN to reduce my latency (and it does, it reduces my latency from 230ms to 155ms).

Maybe the VPN is giving you a random IP address each time you connect. This may be triggering the trade lock.
