  1. I don't blame you. I have reported a few blatant cheaters, with evidence from their own youtube and twitch channels. They eventually got banned. Then Little Orbit decides to unban them. Why waste more time reporting if they're going to get their accounts back?
  2. There is a Game Updates subforum. Use this forum instead of Discord. Little Orbit shouldn't require people to create an account and join a 3rd party platform, just to get notifications of game changes.
  3. with all due respect to the game moderators, but I believe that on the North American server there are at least 70% South American players, including Argentines, Brazilians and Uruguayans, on the European server we are around 10%, we play even laggards, but we are investors, I have two accounts created by min to invest in the game, invest in us and in servers to balance our gameplay, we make videos promoting yogo and we are bringing those who abandoned the game, but the moderation of the game and the development team need to help us, within hours more players appeared in the south Americans on this forum respect us, we love this game.
  4. I’m not sure exactly what you are asking but for anything related to your account you have to go through support. Just as a heads up though, response times from support are measured in weeks not days.
  5. idk, that is something I can see LO actually enforcing. pleb gets upset that silver wont fight, they record and submit their issue to support and then support goes and looks at the account and sees it's stats... believe it or not, ban. i can see many apb players, even cheaters, using support to get people banned for not vs'ing. APB players are a different breed.

Hello, i’m not really that guy to make posts about this in forums but i’m getting kind of annoyed i had waited over 2 months on a response for my ticket #61358 and got a response 3 weeks ago and i responded with all the answers to the questions but now again i’m waiting almost 3 weeks for a response not even a confirmation that they received my email it’s getting kind of ridicilous that i have to wait 3 months to get a ticket resolved i put a lot of money in this game and i’m playing since 2012 and i’ve never experienced support this bad. This LO is how you lose people’s interest i really wanted to go back in to the game but it’s taking way too long to get my account back…. Hope this reaches someone this way. greetings
  7. We usually announce issues such as this on our Discord. We are aware that many of the accounts unbanned on Wednesday have a permanent trade-lock on them. For the time being I suggest you submit a Ticket to our Customer Support team while we are investigating the issue.

Hello, I wanted to buy the oscar and i putted in my acc 15$ when i ended all it says payment unseccesful so i tryed it again and it says the same did it one more time and it says the same i fell something weird so i enterd my bank account and i see my bank is down 45$ and didnt get no g1c what can i do i submitted a ticket already but all my money are gone
  9. Hello LO, i dont understand i am now tradelocked due to second chancce logging into a trade ban account. Why do second chance when you do this to me? Where's my support ticket i sent in 5days ago, and nobody replied me.
  10. I play since 2013, i have never opened the ticket i have never lost account, guess why? Because I always played by the book. I wasnt toxic, I didnt put swastikas around myself, I didnt run around with drawn vagina on my clothes, I didnt grief, I didnt insult players I didnt use overlays, I didnt use 3rd party programs, I didnt use macro, I didnt use aimbot aimassist, togglebot, triggerbot or any things of the above. I never exploited and glitched maps during events, I never talked abusively with gm's as I see the case is ALWAYS when gm comes here n there, because everybody is brave knowing gm cant ban you. You account wasnt suspended by "accident". You very well know what you did, therefore you got 0 sympathy. You should be happy support even wants to discuss things with you, if I was support and you come spamming me with tickets after you know very well what you have done, I would ban your 2nd alt email n acc from which you trying to communicate with me. All of you ticket and support communicators should be banned by mac address so nobody hears from you ever again. I d rather have player base of 40 people but decent 40 ppl who never did anything wrong, than playerbase of 1k population from which 900 of you wrote tickets and cried on forums how you got banned wrongly and that you "have no idea" why.

LO Support ignoring every single ticket, i guess i can buy Jocker Tickets and cancel transaction in my bank app so they will finally respond me. (I can do it, lol, cuz we have a policy that saves u from scammers, and LO looks like a scammers when selling u something but its not working how i should) Cuz it's crazy, they ignoring every ticket about any question even Armas problems. So if they receive 200$ but transaction will be canceled after they will finally do something, and they will not respond, they will just block account without any response to previous tickets LOL
  12. I'm watching yet another triggerbotter (at the minimum) streaming live on Twitch after LO released all the bans, even the accounts that should never seen the light of day. Matt, you can't even afford some poor 3rd worlder to monitor APB livestreams on twitch. I'm sure theres someone out there that will do it for 50 pesos a month.
  13. Hello everyone. I submitted a support ticket exactly 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting for them to respond. I lost my 2FA information and requested the removal of the 2FA security system from my account, but they still haven't replied. Is anyone else experiencing this? Why are we being made to wait so long? I want to play the game, but I've been waiting for 2 months for no reason. I've never seen such an irresponsible team in any other game. What does it mean to not respond to a support ticket for 2 months? I'm really getting angry; it's been a full 2 months without a response!

Finally, I will play it without cheating by other players, but I was surprised that the account was permanently suspended for no reason (my account was permanently suspended due to cheating by EAC when I was not... Connected to the Internet.) Since that time, I have been checking my email every day in order to perhaps find any convincing reason from the administration/game support regarding this matter or any response. However, there is no response even after the old section moved the complaints to a new section. If you cannot solve our technical problems, just close this despicable game
  15. The sad part is that 'the game situation being bad for very long' was not the reason. The justification was already clearly stated. YOU not liking it enough to the point where you are blatantly in denial... Sadly makes YOU the uneducated, hypocritical animal. There you go! You have just mentioned why you crying about all of this is meritless. Improving the game is a separate endeavor. Don't mix the two. Besides, having slightly more people means less dead game, means the game IS better despite gameplay being the same, Doofus. For the millionth time, Cheaters don't have to cheat on their primary accounts. On what parallel universe would they even be afraid when they can just mass produce accounts? Are you seriously incapable of comprehending this? And here you show that you are another person that accepts Terms of Service without actually reading them. Be pissed all you want, you don't make the 'conditions'. Nobody cares Try again once your denial isn't as high as your ping.

    Hey Guys, Thank you for responding when i posted here the other week. But i feel like posting here is the only way that i get my ticket answered, because once i responded, i've been ignored for another week. I'm not sure if this is due to me responding directly back to the email or not but it's getting insanely frustrating.. I need my characters from the Jericho Server... I need my steam account Personal information removed. - Azukii to have either it's email changed or the password reset because it's expired. The character are in the Jehrico Server: RoarkittyRoar & MeowKittyMeow this is now month 9 that i've been unable to access the game... Ticket ## 60333 ##

My entire account was deprived of anything worth a penny a few months ago and my support tickets got ignored, but I'm glad to know that the reason for this is that we're giving scumbags a second change to ruin everyone's experience! Thank you, really shows how your priorities are being set straight.
  18. First, they should fix the balance so that T's are not thrown against 4 gold players in a clan that kills newbies without even giving them a chance to reach the mission object. My friend created an account in this game and the first people he played against were gold 255+ players in the clan, while his team had green, bronze and T players. My friend's team had no chance of winning, since when they called for help, silver players came to their aid, who also could not do anything to the clan of players, but gave the enemies strong silver players. There are both cheaters and people without a personal life outside of this game, which is why this game is simply not interesting to play for both casuals (who have a personal life outside of this game) and just newbies.

If you are greeted with a chat message that specifies you have been trade locked for a few days upon entering Social District, then you just need to wait this time before being allowed to trade again. However, if you are not seeing this message, it might be that your account was given a permanent trade lock.   20. Ok so I did have the light kit and other on the male, and I know this because armas will not let me buy said items 'saying I already have it'. But after removing lights from all cars, still cannot put one on the Male's Mirage However the Female didn't have the light kit. So out of good faith I got her a Mirage and full light kit. Mind you she is only cop3, and for her 3 of the lights were unlocked, and the first basic bumper lights unlocked. Also got two new outfit bundles, beings they are account wide. this post is just for info for the Dev/GM

We are aware of ARMAS purchases erroring out, if this happens to you we urge you to check if the G1c has been deducted from your account and if the item was delivered after relogging despite saying that something went wrong with the purchase. In most cases, the item will be delivered even if the purchase itself ends with an error. If you have purchased an item and it has not been delivered after relogging then please contact our Customer Support team so they can assist you with the issue.
  24. Unfortunately, once you are banned that’s the end of things with LO. There is no “hey let’s talk about this”. The ban is their final answer. Best you can do now is hope you were one of the accounts labeled as a false positive and LO someday unbans you, but they won’t be discussing anything with you in the meantime. This is why your tickets disappear I think. It’s probably automated.

Yes, it's a shame to see the constant degradation of this game, which has a lot of potential, but they don't know how to take advantage of it, as for bad players, I've been playing against hackers with the same name for years without anyone banning them, it seems that if you pay for good hacks the ban never comes, in my case I don't know if you've seen my report, but they hacked my account and stole everything, we're talking about more than 20 legendary weapons including 2 ffa rd3 and several million in game money, I want to think that this non-existent service is due to the fact that the entire team is focused on the current update, and that they will soon attend to people's problems, because in my case, I have spent a lot of money in the more than 10 years that I have been playing APB and this situation makes me feel insulted and despised by the staff team.
