Correct. It used to be that only premium users could get it, this is changed now.

We are releasing a client update on Friday 6/8/2018. Maintenance will start at 11 am UTC and last for approximately 6 hours. Patch Notes: BattlEye has been added to APB Reloaded. Added an updated Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and EULA to the game. Account messaging has been rewritten to better convey what is happening to your account.

Guys, please stop @ Matt. To those who are asking about unbans, all of that information is in the post itself. This applies to all accounts that were banned for cheating. If you are still banned after the patch, please put in a support ticket.
