Animated sigs are actually not allowed, there's a bug that allows it though. (So I have to manually remove stuff). You can post animated image on the post itself but avatar/signatures/cover photos have to be unmovable. Don't hate me. Q Q

From what I tested out and what devs were telling me, yes o.o Unless there's something extra there that I couldn't reproduce.

It's a known bug, it doesn't actually do anything apart message you every time you write <_<. Moving this to bug section.
