Autumn Assault is a near 3-week event running from Nov 19th through the 4th of December. During Autumn Assault we will be running daily Gun Game matches in each district. Nearly 100 chances to win the 'Autumn Assault' Weapon Skin! Gun games are back but with a twist! In Gun Games matches, players are assigned a pre-set weapon. You are tasked with scoring points for that weapon. Once you meet your goal, your weapon is replaced with the next weapon in order. This will continue until you have conquered the final challenge, at which point you win the game. Here is how Gun Games matches work, in case you need a refresher: Streak: In Streak, you are tasked with killing your opponents. The higher tiers require multiple kills without dying. Should you die your streak for that weapon is reset and you will need to start over from that same weapon. Pistols: This Gun Game is a bit different from Streak. Instead of making sure you have multiple kills in a row, in here you earn points for kills and assists and once you reach the correct score, you are given the next weapon. As the name indicates, every weapon in this game will be a pistol. Explosives: Explosives Gun Game works exactly the same as pistols but every weapon, except one special one, is a form of explosive. Joker Box: The scoring system of Joker Box is the same as Pistols and Explosives, but for this game, you are given the legendary weapons that can be found in Joker Boxes. Score kills and assists with these legendary weapons and if you win, get the top rank, and already own Autumn Assault skin in addition to the Joker Tickets you will also be awarded 10 special consumables that can be equipped and placed on the ground. Once placed on the ground it will spin around and explode throwing a number of temporary versions of Joker Box legendaries that can be picked up by nearby players. For players who participated but did not win the match, they will be rewarded with Joker Tickets based on how high they ranked in the event. The top 2/3rds of players will receive 100 Joker Tickets and the remaining players will receive 50 Joker Tickets. A series of three Gun Games will be spawned every day - that's three daily matches on Citadel, and three daily matches on Jericho. Due to the system intensive nature of the explosive Gun Game match, we will only be running those on selected days which will be announced beforehand. The explosive game requires you to have a very good PC as well as a very good connection to the internet otherwise your game experience might be affected. The schedule for the Gun game matches will be published later this week. During the Gun game matches, we will also be having a Social Media Challenge. You will have to customize your character or your car to blend in with a background of your choosing (it must be in the game). Players will be able to redeem AUTUMNASSAULT to get 2-day premium! Instead of Butcher skin, you will be now awarded an ACCOUNT BOUND Autumn Assault skin. We are encouraging players to only win once to allow other players a chance to get the skin for their account. Schedule: The matches will be spawned on 3 servers. Citadel, Jericho, and Nekrova. Citadel matches will be spawned 5 PM GMT, on Gold Financial and Waterfront districts. Jericho matches will be spawned 5 PM PDT, on Gold Financial and Waterfront districts. Nekrova matches will be spawned 5 PM MSK, one day on Gold Financial, one day on Gold Waterfront district. If players want to have them spawned at different times, we will be making small adjustments to the schedule based on player feedback on the forums.

Splash screen image going live does not really give you much information. We have a schedule when we announce things but... that splash screen has you curious doesn't it?

Question: Do you have enough G1C to actually be able to purchase this item? I got information from the QA that the text there is just a text bug. You need to have enough G1C to be able to purchase the item. Just add it to the card and it should be buyable.

Actually, the GM team has a direct line to me. Reporting bugs to them are as useful as reporting them on the forums. I'm not saying players shouldn't be using forums to do that, but they CAN use GM team as well. All bugs reported to any of us or the forums go to the correct source - QA team.

Were you using browser or trying to buy it ingame? If browser which one and did you try using different browser?

You guys really need to stop spamming forums and contact me directly if there is problem with someone's forum account. If you know which account is restricted from sending a private message just send me a DM and I will see what is the issue.

Hello everyone! A new patch is going up onto the Live servers for PC. This patch includes changes to Epidemic and fixes for a few bugs. This patch will be happening on Wednesday 11/7/2018. Maintenance will start at 9 AM UTC and will last for 4 hours. Adding in a login reward where you can choose one of the 3 new Epidemic Skins or 250 Joker Tickets. This reward will be mailed to your character after logging into a district after 7 PM UTC on 11/7/2018. This login reward will be given out until Wednesday 11/14/2018 at 9 AM UTC. PC Patch Notes: • Fixed an issue related to Joker tickets not being correctly awarded when chosen as an option from an Epidemic reward. These will be back granted to all affected accounts. • Fixed an issue related to the outline effect in the symbol editor being cut off on the new Halloween symbols. This will slightly shrink any of these symbols that are already being used. • Removed the ability to use the /abandonmission command in Epidemic • Fixed a bug that affected the final stage of missions that required picking up a mission deliverable. • Fixed a rare crash related to logging out near certain props • Deployed player vehicles will now be despawned at the start of an Epidemic match

Hello Everyone, We have been listening to your feedback and are going to be adding in a login reward for the remainder of the Epidemic event. This log in reward will be your choice of one of the three Epidemic weapon skins or 250 Joker Tickets. We are going to be addressing a number of issues in the next patch but there are two items that we wanted to address before we post the patch notes. First, we are aware that the 250 Joker Ticket rewards are not currently being awarded correctly. We have a list of all the accounts that have been affected and will grant those accounts all the missing Joker Tickets after the patch goes live. Edit 11/16/2018 We had intended to award the players who were affected by the bug that didn't correctly award the 250 Joker Tickets after the patch but have run into some technical difficulties related to being able to grant these tickets. We have resolved this issue and will be granting the affected players their missing Joker Tickets after the next patch. Second, there was an issue related to the symbols that were added for Halloween when you added the ‘Outline’ effect. The outline would be cut off on some of the symbols. We have corrected this issue but for anyone who has created a custom symbol, we wanted to make you aware that the fix is going to have the side effect of slightly shrinking that symbol. These are not the only fixes that are going into the next patch but these three issues we felt needed to be addressed before we posted the patch notes.

Does it give you an error when you disconnect or it is just that you were disconnected from the servers?
