I just saw the weirdest thing happen. I was being chased by a guy in a van. So Im shooting away at the guy.. his van is smoking so i throw a frag.. not much happens with the frag. the guy gets out and im pumping round straight at him and nothing. Hes not shooting back and then my guy disappears and the guy pretty much runs right through my camera. I then see my death screen and he gets the kill. What the absolute fuck is going on here. 2 minutes later. Im gunning this guy down.. hes not dying so I lob a grenade right at his feet.. and I run around the corner.. Im about maybe 10 feet around the corner and I know for an absolute fact the guy is no where near the corner I have just ran from .. I hear nothing and im dead. wtf is going on here!

Hi all. Has the AI been thinned out? I do remember Tiggs saying in her usual arrogant reply "You know there are 400 AI on each map at a time! the servers bla bla some BS about servers struggling etc etc". As a Game developer my self, I was able to get up to 100 AI in the immediate vicinity in my game character while playing Multiplayer before lag happened. I did not have as good servers as APB:Reloaded has right now so if AI has been thinned out to what feels like very few going around, then why is this? I have been watching the AI people and they all follow a set path (you will notice they all walk the same lines so they are not needing allot of processor power to walk between waypoints). I really cant see there being 400 AI in APB at one time. Especially since the draw distance is around 100 meters at best. IF the servers are spawning and managing AI across the map when there is no one there then surely this is very inefficient and should be addressed. AI should only be spawned next to the player and when players get close enough to each other they share the AI. If you get to far from AI they are destroyed. Dont know if APB is working like this though.. If not then why not? I really need to make a video of my game showing all the AI and how they react to the players actions when shooting and in cars n stuff like that! Anyway here is a screenshot of the peds in my game. You can see there are quite a few right there (although no cars in this screeny)

lol I wish. I have been playing in silver districts so that I can play against higher threat players and hopefully gain more rank but i am not cutting it in silver just now.. I think in a couple of weeks I will be back to silver. I dont get allot of time to play

maybe the keyword there is 'been'. im now bronze because Im shit at APB.. but its still fun to play

i WAS gold years ago.. now that I am shit at APB I am bronze. Dropping threat over a very short period of time deliberatly is not good for anyone.. dropping threat because like me you are not good now is allot different

when I came back to play (i was banned from posting in the forum so I never played since around 2014 - I got banned for posting about GTA5 and how much fun I was having playing it on my xbox - admin said these posts are inappropriate for our forum) I was silver.. dont know why because when I got banned from the forums I was gold.. Since i have been playing again since LO took over I cant shoot shit so my rank has fallen pretty quickly. tbh Im not concerned about my rank.. Im more pissed off that golds are playing in bronze servers just to farm bronzes. It will turn people away from the game. btw I was going to use thet exact same text for my sig when I read it the other day from that guy.. was laughing like fuck about his post

I stopped playing APB for around 3 years. Me and a few mates used to play allot and we were really good but I took time out to do other things. Now that I am back I am crap at APB but I am having fun which is why I am playing. I used to be good.. now im crap.

I used to be gold and like playing Gold servers. They were the good old days. Now Gold play in Bronze where I am playing (because I am bronze) and are just totally steamrolling every bronze. APB is fun for sure when you get to play against people of your own level. Golds should be BANNED from entering bronze districts. BTW I say graped because there was a bunch of them

lol some cheap arse cloud servers are running apb .. lol G1 were a bunch of fuckin cheap as Removed Inappropriate language ~@mayii. I said right from day 1 G1 were cash cowing us and it was 100% true
