Aint nobody new. Why don't low ranks have it? Cuz they made it a consumable, tryin to squeeze players into buyin Joker ticks to buy more consumables. LO din't like people using the shield to block ladders, door, ect. Consequently 'Newbs' don't get enough from reward drops, and or from buying them to have enough to practice or toy with em enough times to understand the item. How U move with it, its weakness/strength. Proper Shield use is vital, like most weapons, its not the weapon its how it's used.

They don't have any staff to do this with! They haven't the staff, Man Hours Paid, and if they did they would botch it. Forum is way dead, only maint announcements, no activities. Only alleged players that post here. GAme is hacked out and hasn't seen a staff member for 6 months or more in-game. Game and game management is not a Democracy its a Dictatorship. A vote on this forum has about as much juice as an American Vote in Russia

I would agree it may be unfair to low ranks, but convenient for Vets. Still remains the Question of Why the extra slots are there? For the beginner they would assume somewhere in the grind they can get those opened too.

I think your just pulling numbers out of a hat here. possibly a contributing factor, but if anything covid would have effected the time before deseg. #3 I hate to admit, but he is right. before deseg we had maybe 10 players in bronze on a good day, n another 6 golds waiting upstairs {Silver server}. However the current increase from deseg has only brought in more golds, and a few T' rerolls. Old golds have come back cuz they know they can farm bronze n silvers, and they know they can cheat. However even though the numbers show an increase, half the server is just messing around, and not doing missions. They are either playing at the gas station or they are in chat hacusating, mama bashing, EZ callin. Hell I dont even get a chance to get a hacusation in edge-wise. But as it stands. Golds have won. and ya know this going into any mission. Unless u like running back from spawn, going into a mission without some 3rd party magic dust, or you are part of a group full of Gold Magics, You Aint got Nothin Comin.

Yep, toxics. They send an alt to the low pop stealing dist, n troll ya out so you cant make any xp, so you are forced to go play with them, doing missions. So they can hack ya. Its stupid, cuz as a cop you would want to leave the crim alone long enough for him to get more money, then hit him again. But they'll witness ya then run around n not go to their base just to banana you for Time, n the only way out is to rage quit. And You might as well at that point, cuz the reboot takes about the same time as the witness mission timer. And soon as its over he'll be right next to u and not let u get one mug, n do it again. Thanks to desegregation, has turned what would have been a month of stealin into 6 months of Hell, because they let golds go where ever they want, they let them run any hacks they want, listen to their Cries and ignore the real players who do not cheat. So if you steal, you might see one other crim and one cop be in n out. I think in some cases, the crim is exploiting, stealing for the cop. And when u come in with your crim it effects the amount of npc's walking around and the amount of car traffic. This is a known factor, for a while they turned it up for more npc's/veh traffic so people could find certain cars, such as armor truck/cabs/dumpers ect. But I believe they have turned it back down possible due to lag. but So if you were stealing alone and others come in, your opportunity for muggings drops, with less npc and once u mug out an area they dont return for a while. So back to the cop/crim duo exploiting. If you come in there server, they cant mug as much, it slows them down. So the cop comes n sits on ya till you leave. So what I do is go get My cop, n go follow the other cop around

He's right. We the gamers are extremely dissatisfied with the Dev team and Matt. Whether we are talking about the engine, cheaters, threat/non threat servers, general server performance, MM ect. We are dissatisfied with their performance. But that means nothing till I or We sign their payroll checks. Abortion is Murder Ok! Right On!!!

Yes those Conc's. or Concussion grenades, not to be confused with Percussion or impact nades. The conc has a 4-sec cook/timer, Maximum Hard damage to cars as well as maximum health and Stun, but a smaller blast radius than your Frag. n they dicked with the Frags bout a year back where they nerfed the outer blast areas damage. So now with a frag it will still blow a car or kill if you're super accurate and time your cook just right. I believe you need Grenades Role level 3 to get them, i might be wrong it might be level 5, but u do not get them from contacts.

I think its time we casuals have some fun, they pretty much gave our game to the golds, so its been 'Happy Times' for golds for 6 months since they let them into bronze. But it wont happen. first off I dont think they have the money to run threated districts anymore. I believe that desegregation was a permanent move. Why do I say they let them into Bronze'? Cuz golds cried for weeks on this forum to desegregate, claiming the some golds dethreated and came to bronze dist. so the rest of the golds had no op, no game, n be bored. So they crushed the low silvers n bronzies right out of the game. When in reality, LO became too broke to maintain segregated servers, n either used the golds cries as a patsy or it was just coincidence they desegregated after golds begged for it. Then U gotta consider the stability of the servers they are using now, they are using the same crap server they used the last time they desegregated, ya get over 20-20 n it melts and knocks everyone off.

they nerfed the nades a few months ago, conc's are the only one that is reliable n best for cars. They said they only nerfed the percs, but all of em were effected. Reverse the Nerfs. bout the same for me if i go East. West is 1-20 ms for me, of course I live near L.A. i doubt they would change anything for us, but ya a more central server. then i figure if they took out Threats all together we may loose a few golds that would only play for that status, and would stop a lot of cheating. Oh they would still cheat but would be more in the closet, they be way less reason for em to cheat, and for the True Golds it would mean less hacusating towards them simply for being gold or hanging with those we consider knowns. Then I wouldnt have to look at their obscene glaring gold symbol

You're Wrong in a couple ways. First off You Sweatys think that the rest of us casuals 'Want' to be gold, Why wtf for. a Title, n being labeled a toxic n cheat? Second, back in your day and up until Lousey Orbit took over, we had anti cheats, higher pop. So far less cheating golds and more Real golds. Third: The Distance, or bracket of distance from bronze to silver is not equal to the distance between silver and gold. in example if bronze was the Earth, the Moon would be silver, then to turn gold it be way past Pluto. Like 100 wins in a row and be at the top of the score board. Which at this time is impossible when your fighting all gold groups every mission n maybe get one gold on your team, who will dominate the score n your casual pattottie has no chance at gold. None "Silvers and bronzes did not bring this on ourselves, we didnt cry to get let into silver or gold, cuz we could go there if we wanted to, n some of us may have reached gold playing in bronze dist had U sweatys n fakes not invaded our game, not to mention how you golds have delayed contact progression making what would be a months work turn into 6 months

But how to prevent deliberate dethreating? Dethreating was never as bad a problem as having 30 cheating golds in Bronze dist farming, toxicifying, n ruining the game. We would get one or two a day. Desegregation only helped hackers, n the MOderator knew that when he did it. Only reason Cheaters dethreat is cuz they too weak to fight other golds who have the same tricks n 3rd party tools. But no matter, U cry n Selali listens to U and forum trolls who never play, and completely ignored pleas from Real Players not trolls n hax, n Ol Matt still dont know a damn thing about it 6 month later. And no mod or ceo has arrived in district to see what they have Done.

You are Wrong. Traditional Fun, hamming it up, tom foolery all went out with Deseg. I suppose everyone has their own idea of what Fun is. He's right in a way, one should not have to break their patootie for an inch of progress or fun, going against the same group or like skilled groups. However I dont think this 1v1 idea would work. First off the idiots would screw up the game trying to write something in. But lets just say it could be done. Then Your Single player will litarly attract cheaters who will dominate the 1v1 with either 3rd party tools, or by having they buddys hanging around (Undeclared Group) watchin the 'Mark' player, relaying info to their buddy. Ok, n lets say its all legit, no cheats no buddys. Ok now your gonna have the MM setting the same two players in match all day. Plus you have to consider population, either nobody would come or everyone would n then it would be Buddy Teams all day ghost spying, mission trollin, ect. It simply won't work n if it did, the 'Sweatys' would find a way to dominate it. We're just gonna have accept them, Hell these kids know more about the games code than the original writers
