I hope they make changes, I really dont wana miss out and I wana enjoy the event abit more. Having nothing besides a impossible daily just isnt as satisfying as running around against a horde of 50 other players trying to survive in horseman.

I go to work and school and most days I cant play and if I can its only for an hr or 2. Impossible to get everything on 3 chars especially when you have dailies that are impossible to do and when ppl abuse a bug that kicks everyone from the server. I lost out on a daily for day 1 because I had to complete 3 matches and nobody would allow a match to complete. Now I lose out. LO I had hopes you guys would do the event right but this is the exact opposite, it rewards the ppl who can no life and the ppl who cant play much or are casual players are left out.

As I said in my topic, Matt needs to suspend the ppl who r abusing it cause its against the TOS as well as give any char who logged on today their daily

Yea well the kiddies are doing it each mission so @MattScott needs to give ppl the dailies cause its impossible to get them with this abuse. Oh and suspend the ppl who are exploiting the bug cause its against the TOS.

Ppl r abusing the arrest bug and are arresting to prevent a loss.

Helps me complete the event with the very limited time I have tbh. Hopefully its fixed soon cause id really not like to miss out cause the servers unplayable

They patched it but now the servers keep resetting and kicks everyone off so u cant even get a full round on the event in. GG

I dont see anything about the game being down for maint but whenever I try logging in to the game I get error 8 which is normally represented with maint. @MattScott @Lixil is the game down for maint or did it once again crash?

If LTL is broken then the HVR is balanced. LTL is actually UP as way back it was never changed after G1 changed the weapons around to make them kill slightly faster. Percs are just broken as hell and thats why they are considered top tier crutch. Broken + no skill needed = able to make anything bs = crutch.

This is for @MattScott. The playerbase has returned to the all time low it was at right before LO bought G1 and unless you guys make some core changes now your engine upgrade wont save the game. Fix the threat system, work on matchmaking do something that will improve the core of the game so numbers dont go any lower and you wont have to close down any servers. The ss below was just taken now. Since the new owner hype went away the playerbase is down over 25% between Aug and now.

I like stuff that you cant ever get again, makes it more worth doing the event for said stuff then knowing u can have another shot at it again and u dont really need to bother. Some things should come back like exclusive items but there should also be limited items that will never come back ever. Consoles will be behind PC due to the red tape of needing approval from Microsoft and Sony. Eventually ull catch up but if ur looking for the new content first its more worth to play on PC

That makes more sense then the OP saying they should have dedicated spawns behind walls and protected. Im referring to the OPs method in my statement earlier. Things like threat and matchmaking can be fixed without the need for a new engine, other stuff like new maps and content yes I see the need for a new engine. Look at the explosive abuse in game already you really think protected dedicated spawn areas wouldnt be camped with explosives?

They did minor changes to block out camp areas that were one sided, they didnt redo the map from scratch. The way OP is saying to redo spawns would require a complete redesign with "protected" spawn areas which lets be honest will be spawn camped to hell with nade, rocket and opgl spam. Horrid idea thats a waste of time and resources.

Matchmaking has been broken for yrs and so has the threat system. Untill threat is fixed you cant fix matchmaking. Rank only says how long you have been playing the game.

Yes it goes both ways however there will always be ppl calling others a hacker, its part of gaming and wont go away, especially with APBs still overly high hacker count. As for threat it will never be proper untill its no longer based off an easy to abuse point system. They can rework it all they want but as long as its points based it will keep being abused as is. There are too many scrubs in this playerbase looking to take advantage of new players and dont want to fight similarly skilled players or just want to berate low threats to feel gud about themselves. 5. Add an actual tutorial system or dedicated district. Doesn't need to have opposed missions, just highlight mission objectives, point out what they need to do, how much time they have left, etc. That is also a good idea

Some rewards till x rank doesnt seem like a bad idea however there are bigger things that need fixing in order for the game to be better for new peeps. 1. Fix threat system so it properly reflects someones skill and cant be abused (dethreating) 2. Fix matchmaking so games group similarly skilled ppl better ( no 1 also helps with this) 3. Fix the community so they dont take dumps on anyone lower then max threat (The toxicity in here is too corrosive and needs to be washed away) 4. Fix the mission point system. You can get way too much for doing nothing and it makes for lower ranks to rank up at a ridiculous rate. Slow it down and give em time to lrn before they get to the mid range ranks.

Team based BR mode, you mean like what FC is already thats struggling to stay alive? Team based, check. No real obj besides kill the other team, check. Cars, check. We dont need a team based BR mode we have something like it already in FC just tweak that to make it better and ur good to go.
