Its great to hear things are moving along. As a vet from 2011 ive stacked up over 3500hrs in APB and would love to see it find its former glory. I dont have as much time nowadays due to working and being back in school but id love to throw ideas around as I can still do that.

Heres some of the main reasons why cheaters have resurfaced and arent being banned in a timely manor if at all 1. GMS cant ban. I mean come on gms need some kind of authority to remove cheaters and without it why even bother to have GMs log in? You cant rely on anti chat alone this was proven with G1. 2. No report system. Ok LO is making a better reporting system but @MattScott should have kept the old report system up and running untill they were ready to release the new system. 3. Support times are unreasonable. Come on 2 weeks waiting is too long let alone 2 months. LO needs to hire more support staff to keep up and maby ppl would report hackers more frequently. 4. Battleye is outdated. When it first came out it actually did get rid of the cheaters but since then LO hasnt kept it up to date to properly detect the bots and permaban the cheaters. Unless its constantly up to date the bots will have new versions released to get around the anti hack. 5. Cheating is community culture. This community is so toxic and so unwilling to actually play the right way they take any cheap way out they can to be gud. Grow a pair and start playing properly, shunning anyone who cheats and actively making sure cheaters dont prosper the APB culture could change and the game would be better to play.

Jericho only has a peak pop around 250 so lets say 50 ppl play OTW then you have nobody on the main server. The pop left thats playing APB is too small for a test server

Hard to do that when theres no population to utilize it.

The events so flawed and buggy ppl are in an uproar. Just look at my topic on it and ull have it in a nutshell

Matt is it possible to get the weapon skin as compensation for this mess? Due to this flaw not everyone has a fair chance at it and its just not fair for those who are having the problems vs the ones who arent. As it stands the event is only making things a bigger mess in terms of how ppl are seeing LO. Yup, im not being blunt for nothing lol. If LO was smart they would take the chance to ban these hackers as they see em to make the community better.

So yet another day and yet another day of being prevented from getting kills due to the server not allowing me to kill ppl. My compensation for that is a lousy 50JT. @MattScott @Lixil you guys need to fix this game breaking flaw so ppl have a fair chance at the skin.

Thats been here since before LO took over and thats something thats never guna be fixed unless ppl grow a pair

If you spend half the event in the kill zone unable to shoot anybody cause it wont let you would you be happy? That sounds good Matt but can we also fix the event so when your in the zone you can actually play? Its a serious flaw that needs addressing.

Yup. Its only 45min, majorly flawed and a botters wet dream. Its not worth it in its current state of only 1st place gets the skin and the problems. We had a repeat winner already so expect the same questionable ppl to win.

This event is majorly flawed and bugged. That is all.

So I just spent the last 45min trying the event and found myself constantly bombarded by flaws in the event system. First and foremost I would get inside the zone and everyone would remain grey as the server wouldnt let me in and id have to run around for sev min before I was finally allowed to kill ppl. And then ppl id shoot at would turn from red names to grey preventing me from getting kills further wasting my time and further irritating me. I lost each event because of one of these issues and to make it plain and simple I was prevented from a fair game. This event is majorly flawed and untill this is fixed there will be ppl who wont have a shot at winning no matter how hard they try. Oh and lets not forget the non existent hitreg furthering the problems.

While LO support is actually helpful unlike G1 and Puck the wait times are completely unreasonable.

The skin looks nice but i personally rather had the butcher skin. Well this is their first exclusive so well see what they do if its exclusive where it will be event themed (like the valentines guns) or if it will be limited where its never avail again after this event. Seeing as this is based off holidays I would venture to say we will see it again around this time of yr next yr.

So win the game get the skin, lets hope the same "skilled" players dont play each one otherwise gl getting a skin

I agree with this. Even do a mix of both where you have the daily activities and the old fashioned grinding achievements that ppl can play and grind for so this way theres sev things to do and it isnt such a letdown/boring.

I really think they should give everyone those 2 days as a curtesy because of that

Pretty much that. This event is geared for the no lives of APB and the general population (or whoever is left of it) cant enjoy the event, especially when bugs are abused and the servers crash.

10 is being generous, a round normally takes at least 15 and ive seen some go for 30+.

well at the onstart of the event the arrest bug made it impossible to complete dailies and I had complete 3 matches. I completed 0 due to the bug being abused and no matches actually finishing. Right before the server crashed today I had that same complete 3 matches and the match was going to the park when the server crashed. Now thats an extra match I gota do just for the daily with time I really dont have.

@MattScott Jericho just crashed. You guys need to get these servers working cause all these problems have cost many ppl dailies for the halloween event and its not fair at this point its impacting our ability to play and enjoy the event. @MattScott @Lixil servers came back up but all these server issues have def affected how high of a rank I can get for halloween.

Im pretty sure that was Tiggs pulling one over on us. Tiggs knew what we wanted and made it that way on purpose.
