what you said is literately nothing new. people are doing that the now anyways because it means their character is more easy to control when de-threating. also who says that would be the case. like i said the threat system needs and overhaul as well as matchmaking. so the chances of them smurfing actual new players would hopefully be very low. either way smurfing is nothing new and is in every game that has multiple characters per account

all those options kinda dont line up with what majority have in mind. the threat system needs an overhaul badly along with matchmaking. so it properly matches those with the appropriate skill. and the threat districts need to GTFO. instead replacing it with much like open conflict. but bronze and greens will have their own private districts so they can learn and adjust accordingly to the games somewhat demanding learning curve.

wasp will always be wasp. ive had a good majority of mates since playing in closed beta give good praises about them same with resistance. and i only know about 8bit because streams. id recommend midgard as ive been with midgard the longest in terms of my overall time on APB. they where the most enjoyable at the time to play with. even if i was just a little baby but ofc alex has moved to mechwarrior online and lisa more or less plays GTA online majority of the time these days while beginning to hope back on APB every once in a while now. try messaging or whispering @Mullemeck or @AsgerLund 2 very prominent figures in midgard.

oh im by no means lumping 3 negative players ive encountered from OS and claiming that they fully represent the clan. ive faced off against OS groups when im on my crim. i know OS is alot better than this as they where nice to play with back in the day. im just saying so far my experiences with playing along side members of OS on my enforcer haven't been so jolly

hmm this is just my perspective and opinion but i wouldn't recommend oversight simply due to me encountering 3 OS players in different occasions always as backup. that do so much hackusating as well as being very unsportsmanlike to the point he 2 of them simply refuse to engage in combat. and when asked to leave polity, they through a tantrum and act like a stubborn child. i know this doesn't represent the entire of the clan. but my encounters with teaming with them has not been great so far. its also sad to hear you left midgard. im not currently sure of midgards current activity as i know they where very inactive from me talking to lisa pre battle eye announcement/patch. other than that its really just wasp or 8bit or resistance. all superb clans with great previous track records. its your choice after all. ps. did you check with Mullemeck or lisa/alex in determining if midgard is brimming with activity again ?

ACES Agrotech. TTK is a little meh. could be just a little slightly buffed for my liking but it compensates for having better accuracy at range compared to OCA etc. you can burst down targets fairly quickly at mid-ish ranges. defo rewards you for control and accuracy when bursting or full spraying. just a shame it requires either extended mag 2 or 3

will just like to add that i miss you ducky brothers even to yous werent brothers i had a stellar time playing with yous back in the day. also throwback to when i was 17

if you want to keep newbies interested and sticking with the game removing rank requirements from mods wont help with that. if anything its a very small bandage on a very big wound. its not going to help much if not at all. certain TTK ratio tweaks for a small minority of weapons as well as changes to threat levelling and matchmaking etc is what will keep most newbies interest. as for completely changing 195 locked ranked requirements for mods etc. im unsure. then again i mostly couldn't give two craps either way. i will say tho for a suggestion. i think they should lower the requirements for Level 3 weapon mods via role progress just a tad. because at rank 13 you need 5k kills with that weapon just to complete the role. not to mention level 12 is 3k - 11 is 2k - 10 is 1.5k etc you see how that stacks up alot

this should be the obvious thing however it discourages people selling stuff at higher prices etc. i think the tax does need to be tweaked maybe 12% seems like a more reasonable tax rate afterall if there was no tax then there would be no system in place to take money out of the economy. hence the reason a tax exists.
