Any specific reason to crouch walk faster? There is no reason for it. To dodge bullets when surfing?

They fall in the same category "cheaters", and shouldnt be forgiven imo (at least more than once with very specific players).

Joker tickets? I am talking about weapons that can counter nhvr anyways, not about how hard they are to adquire. Kevlar implants slow you, this would only work for sniper rol as flak jacket works for explosives.

Lol probably. I even tolerate more blatants, they are mostly really bad and you can counter them. Closets have vast experience in the game... not only gives you incredible amount of troubles, they can remain "legit" for long periods, ruining people fun. They can use only a radar hack and already make them imposible to be defeated. Even if the anticheat "screens" your game, it would only appear like enemies would be firing or driving a car w/e. They are the most cancerous thing in the game actually more than blats.

What if they bring another green mod? Sniper bulletproof: reduces sniper rifles damage by 20/30/40%- you are visible in enemys radar 20/25/30m, lvl 1/2/3 respectively and you stop crying about nhvr? Everything would be hold to modifications and balances.

No other weapon can outgun a nhvr directly? OPGL? Volcano? OSMAW? They completly rekt nhvr, they are even better versions of an nhvr since most of them got 1k A.O.E. damage and can handle enemies BEHIND corners. OPGL is the most destructive weapon in the game (against player, and decent against cars)... and no one ever says nothing about it. Guys, spend more time in the game please. EDIT: even dmr kills 2 shots incredibily fast -at range ofc-. When you notice you already been sniped by it, the second bullets just finish off when your brains reacts to move away.

They already said that those gms will be their arms, and as you know LO will be the head of those arms. Any action performed by said body parts will be actions made by LO, and they said we shouldnt worry too much about it because they will be monitoring them... with proper actions handled if they misbehave. They wont pick gms randomly, they will pick them based on years of proper behaviour and other stuff that i don't know. I don't think they will pick a gm based on the amount of patootie licking and sweet words... so you should not worry much about this whole situation until something bad happens. I've been promised something alike and i will wait to see their actions -because i know that any action performed by a gm will be an action performed by them without any excuse-. They asked for trust upon them, we should grant them it since they are the ones that would revive the game. Stay calm, give them a chance and lets see how it turns. And so i am will be doing the same.

I am tired to repeat it... There are multiple ways to counter a nhvr user and you are not mentioning it. And again, not because some players boost their skills with x software/hardware means that the weapon they use needs balance.

You dont understand... nhvr is stoping power, scout is mobility support.

In the end, as enforcer, you end with neutral cars with low profile sirens. Having a police car as enforcer is a must, but then it gets boring. And sirens are mostly to annoy, i dont use them otherwise. Anyways i dont understand what is wrong with current sirens, do you want more flash and noice?

Spotted the nhvr user. But seriously this is only a joke. Reducing its damage would break this weapon purpose to be in the game. The only way to properly nerf is restoring its previous movement speed, and maybe... add more equip time.

Finding your weapon or weapon combinations (the ones that you are good with). But experienced players are good with everything, and thats what makes them better.

Wrong. Damage by exposition would be lower from ntec (against weapons with more damage). I do it most of the time. Unless its corner to corner then it would be harder, but stil.

And thats why ntec is not op at 50m against any weapon with more damage.

I was about to say body paint but... if you want to change your whole character appareance then having this turn to clothing would be much better. I doubt they would do this anyways lol.
