LO really needs to tackle all of the tiny problems that add up into an unpleasant experience first and foremost. No new maps, no new weapons or game modes. No content. Not until all the base-game stuff is fixed and polished. If your foundation has a thousand cracks in it you don't start adding on to your house. A lot of us hoped RP would do this game justice but after a few years all the dedicated people reporting actual bugs, actual balance issues and actual good ideas just stopped because it was like talking to a wall. LO seems different and I'm holding out hope. I can't wait to see some core changes so I can 100% believe in LO and invest some time into the creative side of APB again.

I feel like those cases are due to either (A) someone flat-out lying or (B) they have their OS clogged up with so much bloat / possibly spyware / viruses / etc... My past 3 computers have always run APB at 60fps+ <<EDIT>> I forgot about an issue I had a year or so ago with Windows 10 that where every game ran 100% fine EXCEPT APB. This wasn't a problem if I ran Windows 7 at the time. The cause was APB using my intel GPU instead of my nvidia GPU and the only way to fix it was to 100% disable my intel GPU either through my bios or through device manager. I haven't had to do that in a long time though (despite formatting fairly regularly). So it's either been fixed by now or me using W10 Enterprise edition has something to do with it (doubtful).

That's the only issue I have with the OCA. That buff they did a while back was just like "Huh? Why?". OCA was always good.

It's really not. You can see it on your radar, you can be within x meters to 'block' it, and you can disable it with enough damage. It's a big red beacon on your minimap that says "Hey, people can spawn here every 2-2.5 mins"

At 0:06 you can see the car spawner on your radar. You have 2 grenades which means you're either carrying frags or concs (or low yields + flak but you dont have med spray so I doubt you're using flak). Also your objective items are all around said car spawner (why not take the stairs near where you spawned and go from there?). Though we have nothing prior to you spawning to base anything off of so who knows. However, around 0:38 you finish wiping them and have enough time to toss both grenades at the vehicle. This would most likely blow the vehicle up as it took some shots earlier and the people would've spawned just in time to die to it.

Which sucks because it's the same problem as a week ago. I get HORRID stutters on Financial but I get next to none on Waterfront. My friend has the exact opposite experience. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, experienced that earlier, just started back up again today (the lag). It was OK in Waterfront (for me) but awful for my friend and the opposite when we went to Financial

The thing is, people cheesing it wouldn't be a big deal if they didnt remove the system.

Heroes of the Storm (HOTS) has a system where if you own something that's in a bundle, the bundle is cheaper.

I'd like to trade my Yukon+Volcano or perhaps another combo of legendaries.

They should just bring back a revised RAF (recruit-a-friend). I don't think these rewards should be "hidden" from those that werent around for the small window of time that the RAF system was in the game for. I have all of the rewards (except for the account-wide 4x4) for perspective.
