can you elaborate as to what you mean by "bad mod"? is it bad in your opinion because of how its stats currently are? Or is it bad because you find yourself dying to it? Thank you for looking into this

I enjoyed reading your response, and I like how you added concrete evidence to prove your point. Kevlar 3 is severely underpowered, I agree it should be buffed, or like you said add a Kevlar 4. I also think your version of Kevlar 4 would be good for the game, the only additional downside I think should be added to further balance would be a debuff of "+20% Car Door Opening". MCD CLAN IS TAKING A NEUTRAL STANCE ON THIS POST. the only thing I have to add onto this post, is that gold should be harder to get than it is. I believe(highest ranked player solarsystemwide) that most of the current golds do not deserve their threat level. This is not a bad thing, however, as it stands in NA, there are only a handful of true gold10s(mostly MCD members) who deserve their threat. This leaves a large portion of the playerbase being goldplated.

yes, it should atleast give you +40% health on the lowend. another way they could buff kevlar 3 is by lowering the speed penalty.

i dont get why people complain about kevlar 3 so much. in its current state it is underpowered compared to easymode mods like clotting agent. ive been pairing percussions grenades with kevlar which rewards high accuracy and fast reaction time. right now people just call it a noob loadout because they dont understand how much skill it actually takes to win fights with it. if anything kevlar 3 + percussions should be considered an ON TOP tier strategy because of how hard it is since you need a lot of game sense and positioning to use it, its actually one of the highest skill loadouts in the game if you think about it because of the disadvantages kevlar 3 comes with. kevlar 3 deserves a serious buff, either reduce the speed penalty or make it give more health, maybe +40% at a minimum. in its current state it only lets you survive one or two more shots depending on the gun, i mean this in itself is ridiculous. this would actually help it compete in the current meta where most tournament level player uses a vbr huntress. a lot of players do however use the ntec and .45 combo paired with fragile or clotting agent.
