In my opinion, AP. 45 quick switching is a plague and unbalanced, the time to swap to your primary weapon should be slighty increased.

It's against the ToS to remove game files, but since it gets replaced you will NOT be banned for continually deleting it. You could also check for windows updates. d3d9.dll is a DirectX .dll so you have some kind of issue with DirectX.

You will NOT get banned for removing it, since the file gets replaced. Verify integrity of your game files with steam. Then uninstall and reinstall DirectX and verify again or reinstall the whole game.

There is a similar issue where BattlEye blocks loading file msvcp80.dll. (Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ solves it.) If the game launcher doesn't replace the d3dx9.dll automatically, it shouldn't be a problem. Still, it's against ToS.

After a quick investigation (on the correct server), it was deduced that a GM did, in fact, mess around with Shini. Effective immediately, Bas3, is no longer part of the GM team for Little Orbit and will not be welcome to apply for future roles of GM with the company. Myself and the whole team at Little Orbit, sincerely apologize to Shini and the community as a whole. Thanks everyone, Lixil LO overreacted, poor GM.

Fact is, we're talking about business. LO didn't buy gamersfirst to rescue APB Reloaded, first they'd done their own research, changed the name of the company and second, removed Tiggs completely. So, someone offered LO a deal they could not say no to, which is really great for them! They clearly took over a game they know nothing about. Investing a lot of money, process the clues. Not even a 'welcome little orbit' hooray event, it's so typical for gamersfirst. Nothing was done in advance, just the 'communication' was prepared. @Tiggs, you judge the majority well and they keep spending, I know. No, @MattScott doesn't need a better strategist. The majority is enough. I'd love to spend money, but they don't give a damn about the money of some random visionary people. I know Tiggs never wanted it.
