a disastrous launch for the "new engine" would be worse than no engine at all. That would be the final call for many of the vets to just give up and leave. -

I did buy the HVR a few years ago, maybe 5 years ago. The silenced was just a 3 day JMB trail. I have about 5 more pages of weapons from years ago.

I fully agree about allowing a full auto mode to semi-automatic weapons like the FBW and Obeya. It will help some of the lowest skilled people slightly but it will plateau their skill level and even moderately accurate tap firing will still kill them. -
server may have not registered a shot but there were 3 blood splatters when I hit him 3 times. I was probably quick scoping, snipe/snipe, shocked he was still alive and quickly scoped a third time for the kill. The crosshairs size/damage explains the few times I survived an HVR hit as well close up when someone shot me with their primary and quick shot me with their HVR.

goofing off with a silenced HVR (not the Scout) and ended up shooting a guy 3 times before he died. Had the gun out the whole time and he was not wearing Kevlar. what are the new rules for the HVR doing lower damage?

I think the customization concept of APB is great but the shooter aspect is pretty horrid. The shooter aspect of the game is harmed by how poorly the game runs even on present day computers built nearly a decade after the games release.

It's helpful to me because people who rely on macro's (not aimbots or triggerbots) have a rather low skill ceiling and they make easy opponents.

Its my logic. New player sees a cheater using the Oscar and think's that the weapon is overpowered. They work to unlock the weapon, find they can't earn the 3 slot in game. Call the weapon p2w thinking that somehow the third slot magically makes the Oscar god like. There is nothing p2w about the Oscar and that third slot isn't going to turn an average player into a killing machine. Not sure why my logic upsets you so much. If you want I can kiss you and make you feel better.

not everyone has a whisper. I have no idea why you would use IR3 on the OCA, I would think CJ3 would be more useful considering that the NFAS would only go from 10-17 meters (which I think also increases the spread). The OCA would still have a range advantage without IR3.

What about the OSCAR is p2w? The third slot which is found on Armas versus the 2 slot contact unlock? Do you believe that third slot is p2w? The only way I can see someone arguing the OSCAR is p2w is if they see a cheater using a bot and think the weapon is naturally superior over other weapons in the game. That third slot certainly isn't going to make a player go from average to god like with aim.

I see IR3 on OCAs all the time, and on PMGs. I'm not sure if that is the best option since I use neither.

The gun is only P2W if someone is using an aimbot or triggerbot. The oscar and Joker Carbine are the most abused weapons when cheaters use bots. You maybe able to rent it with Joker Tickets. Not 100% sure what weapons are available in the joker shop.

The OCA drop off range is 30 meters. The NFAS is 10 meters. If all pellets hit, the NFAS starts at 381 damage then drops off to 114 (less than a third) by 20 meters. So the OCA has a 20 meter gain on the NFAS. The OCA shouldn't have an issue against the NFAS unless the OCA user can't aim or is trying to fight in a <10 meter confined area. Edit: I'm not going to debate IR mods since both weapons can use IR3 which negates any argument for or against the NFAS/OCA.

it has the highest health and speed in game. I don't know why you .... lololol. The whole vehicle system needs a rework and there are a few vehicles where 4 slots are not even available.

would be nice if it was on Armas. It takes a certain level of skill to use and is perfect for routing out campers. It is also useless against high rank golds since most can easily swap to Flak and rockets can be avoided. -
It was one of the newer weapons developed after the rank 15 weapons were set.
