A wind-up timer between shots would be a audio indicator for the delay between shots. I'd be for increasing the fire-rate if this was the case. Consider that the revolvers have delays between shots but you don't hear the cylinder rotating. On a direct hit, which is difficult to land considering the shot moves. Two AOE shots kills you. I should have been clearer about this, my wording was poor. The delay between shots also means you have to aim it in such a way that hits a moving opponent. Not sure why you're saying this, are you agreeing or disagreeing? The EOLs are more CQC yes, but the mechanic for how they arm themselves renders them useless.

Big disagree. From a long distance it's almost impossible to hear until it hits you. The sound is a good warning considering how powerful the weapon is. Please tell me how you beat two players using LTL OGPLs and bunny hopping to get extra range? OGPL could use a wind-up timer, at least between shots to space it out. It gets ridiculous having to exit a hallway until the blasting stops just to get a kill. Nah. The Volcano has a large blast radius but both shots have to hit you to kill you. It doesn't fly in a straight arc like the OSMAW does. People been saying this for ages. It's time you hand deliver the message to MattScott. Lure him out with some beard oil m'boi. I play on lower graphics so most of the time I can't see where the OGPL projectiles come from, occassionaly I can see where they land. OGPL should suck in close combat, I'm going to be real with you, all explosive weapons should. They're mid to long range tools to intimidate and put pressure on opponents, not get in their face and spam it hoping to get a win.

anyway the OSMAW and OPGL are by far my least favourite weapon in game, I feel no sense of satisfaction hearing one and seeing somebody use one makes me want to cry blood and pee turnip juice you seriously can't put smoke clouds over the OPGL grenades and OSMAW rockets so people can see the trajectory? let a brother at least know where to run before getting the 3 car pile-up destroyed anyway remove the charge-up timer for both weapons and just make them slower reloading, also ban it from fight club one love volcano JC is perfectly balanced yahweh edit: at least nobody uses the EOL, buff those too remove the charge-up timer

That's literally the matchmaking system's fault. If you join a silver server you'll be matched up against high level golds and silvers. Bronze servers have high bronze and low silvers, which is exactly the skill level I'm at. I don't dethreat and everyone else has already acknowledged this so your comment is unnecessary. Bear in mind, in 2013 I was 16 years old and I uninstalled the game on and off for a little while. I only started properly playing at the end of last year so I'm nowhere near a level where I'd be comfortable solo playing on a silver district. To everyone else, quit the hostility. I wrote this post to vent my feelings and frustrations not for you to fling mud at one-another and be dismissive. I did join this game in 2013, yes. But I only started playing consistently late 2020 so I'm essentially a new player all over again.

I'm playing bronze because that's where all the low silver players are going! I may as well go to silver but I get my patootie beat. I haven't played this game consistently up until recently. ON AND OFF! I've uninstalled this game three entire times. I came back properly last summer, then quit for a little and started again recently! There's high silvers who come to bronze and mash us up. Somehow golds are there too? YOU KNOW WHAT? YOU'RE ALL RIGHT I'M GOING TO GET MY SKILL LEVEL BACK UP AND PLAY CONSISTENTLY AND JOIN SILVER AND GOLD SERVERS. NO EXCUSES.

because I'm exhausted and I'm tired of high level golds dethreating and coming to bronze to steamroll low level players. Yesterday another player and myself had to play against two less-than-lethal OGPL users players who bhopped in tandem and fired at us from over 80m away then shot us to death. Why are there no rank ceilings for servers? Why can a player who is rank 200 and above come to a beginner server and macro everybody to death? The FBW is a really balanced weapon, but when these guys use it it's just like they have a whole second primary, don't get me started on the OCA Nano also how do I beat the OCA primary?

In order to stand your ground against a gold player you have to pay money for better gear. The love gun has two extra slots beside the tagger though, I get what you mean however. Plus I'm only rank 95? You have to be rank 195 which is stupid they need to drop it to rank 100 or 85.

He did raise a good point about the ceiling for modifications and weapon slots, while that does add a level of flavour which keeps the weapons balanced the issue is the slog it takes to get to them (which makes it unbalanced) The OSCAR is more like a CQC OBIR in my opinion.
