Well..they really shud have said in advance ..if thats the case..we have the server back up...but erm..we managed to lose 2 weeks of data...sry bout that.

rip... i just started playing today and making progress if they roll back to the 4/29 save then i will lose hours of progress over people losing progress. i'm normally ok with losing progress but waiting a week to lose progress over people losing progress is just a double edged sword

the period got replaced with a slash when i loaded in for my email

Does resetting my GamersFirst password reset my game password?  There is no way to reset the game password on the screens I am able to currently view.

I reset my GF password, but that didn't help.

resetting your gamersfirst password does change your ingame password. 

if your running it on steam you can right click the games' title in the library, click properties and it should be in one of the tabs

OK.  I'm in.  Tried the same thing over and over until it worked finally.  

Definition of insanity?

I guess insanity can be successful in some cases.

if they can't come back 2 weeks, I suggest they give us 1 week premium account to get back what we lost
and leave the server like this

just submit a support ticket detailing your loss and they might help. especially if its a purchase

Glad they took the game down again so there will be no further loss of gameplay concerns for anyone

Alternatively they can pull data from an account from that date, and just paste it in to an individual account, so people can keep they're 4/29 data, and for those that want to keep they're 5/4 data can do so. Whether that ability exists in FE IDK, but I have seen it done in other games several times. This way " I like lost progress folks are " are happy too.

 

I assume the discussuion right now is to provide a global solution.

If this is possible, then leave mine how it is now. Sure I lost some stuff and levels, but I can always get them back.

 

As for my "first purchase" items and 2 custom wardrobe items I had in my mailbox, I'd probably never use them anyways, so it's no big deal. I'm not even sure what was all in there, somewhere between 12-15 items.

Hi all,


We are going to temporarily take down FE so that players don't keep playing.

The hope is to quickly test a more up-to-date database and then put the game back online.
