  1. just submit a support ticket detailing your loss and they might help. especially if its a purchase
  2. resetting your gamersfirst password does change your ingame password. if your running it on steam you can right click the games' title in the library, click properties and it should be in one of the tabs
  3. rip... i just started playing today and making progress if they roll back to the 4/29 save then i will lose hours of progress over people losing progress. i'm normally ok with losing progress but waiting a week to lose progress over people losing progress is just a double edged sword the period got replaced with a slash when i loaded in for my email
  4. so i'm guessing when the servers are up again i shouldn't immediately go full doom slayer and slaughter half the wasteland...
  5. i barely played due to my old hardware being terrible but did make it past the tutorial at 5 fps. i look forward to the now most likely 132 fps. keep up the good work. your doing great.
  6. the reward for downtime is being able to play the game. maybe some improvements here and there. receiving compensation for downtime is a kind gesture from the dev team for the servers being down longer than expected. so it's nice to receive but don't go begging for it. they are working night and day on this. spending their time working hard to get the servers up. give them some leeway and a bit of a break. a dev stayed up 3 days straight for this and i respect the dedication.
  7. It appears a multitude of us have returned to the game in the midst of a maintenance window. gotta love the irony...
