I came back about a week ago and all of a sudden silver Financial is completely dead and everyone only plays Waterfront. What happened? GhosT 1301 Posted October 4, 2018 Citadel is usually one and a half financial, and one waterfront during peak times. Outside of that, it's one financial. Been getting on the game everyday for the past 30+ days and not a singular day that Silver Financial had more than 5 total players in it at a time.
