hvr still functions just fine, out of all the rebalancing orbit has done it might be the best change, altho im still not a fan of unique "per gun" mechanics

But...yes, snipers are still playable. HVR profits from its high damage and like shotguns, snipers can use corner pop quite well.

yeah but you can still do 85 damage with the hvr if you just crouch and hipfire it when the crosshair is closed, so technically you can qs just as much as before, minus the lucky shots

It was not lucky shots the hvr was glitched could shoot secondary switch to hvr with hs3 3ps3 and ignore bloom hit middle all you people thinking it was lucky shots are hilarious
