Lean-jumping adds nothing to your effectiveness as a player but it's just a gimmick: you could not lean while jump-shooting and you'd be doing just as fine. Somebody said it would change the target's hitbox, but I highly doubt that.

Same can't be said for crouch-spamming. If you're aiming at the head, a well timed crouch will throw your aim off. Crouching DOES lower your hitbox's height.

Therefore I humbly suggest crouch-spamming is the better of the two.
