Yes Sir error #9, so it's like this, like my 2 cents right here:

Today the game played exceptionally well, and vehicle handling has improved greatly.
Today Ram raiding without walking into walls was Fun and Beneficial.
Its late , so, grabbing a snack, I came back to a Enforcer interested in getting gas.
I quickly moved my van, by simply spawning a new one nearby to show courtesy
The enforcer boxes me in my van against the wall, hoping to witness a sandwich ?
so . .My Idea is go to Social and finish the sandwich, looking at a new pattern I got from maxing Veronica Lee.
 . .Big mistake

This has been covered in another thread that Lixil answered with "Regarding the login issue our IT is checking this." -15 minutes ago. I think other people are also having this error
