Are people still crying over this pistol?
Yes it is strong, yes it has more range than the other pistols but you completely ignore the fact that you need 5/7 bullets and that sometimes the crosshair get massive swells more than the others.
There are good alternatives to the pistol such as "FBW" which requires 6/15 bullets to kill which means more chances to kill despite the misses, "Kokoe" from close range 5/10 bullets which allows you to kill 2 people in one magazine.

Tip: confuse your enemy with good movement (behind some wall and quick peek with the body) so that he misses 2 bullets and then rush him and hope that he will miss at least one more bullet and he will reloading in front of your face which will give you an advantage of a few seconds.

Bla bla bla…. I already do things like this to out smart an AP.45 user. But that doesn’t mean I’ll ignore the fact the AP.45 is dominate against most primary’s and secondaries.

 

Change needs to happen with this weapon even if it’s something minor like changing the effective range or fire rate.

Simple fact is, this gun became popular over night after a certain cheat was released and continues to be so. It is now "normal" to use this cheat as players have been using it for years.  If this gun does get a nerf, suddenly the Frog will be the most popular gun for the exact same reason. But the game is completely unbalanced with it.

the obir wasn’t meta because the obeya was insanely strong for so long, as soon as it got nerfed people started switching to the next best option

 

i have no idea which cheat you’re specifically referring to, but i’m certain there’s no cheat that only works for the obir and 45 lol

Weapon mods change the weapon stats. Cheats don't. You need to explain in more detail because I have no idea what you're referring to.

CR762 got nerfed and OBIR got buffed, along with the rise in people abusing the Kevlar / Med Spray combo when consumables became more easily accessible. These things combined are what caused the meta shift, it wasn't just the CR762 nerf on its own. Giving the 45AP a slight nerf won't cause a meta shift on its own, but it will allow other secondaries to be viable choices since you'd no longer be gimping yourself by not choosing the secondary that is actually just a primary.

there’s 3 viable secondaries, if you “slightly” nerf the 45 then there’s still 3 viable secondaries and there was no point in making any changes in the first place

It doesn't need any nerf then it will be just a useless gun , just rework other secondaries and make them a bit more useful . Let's talk about HVR and shotgun that need a bit of buff back and other secondaries and not the AP. Then with which secondary should we play ?? no no no no
