I gladly appreciate that you have been busy maintaining this game and keeping it enjoyable for everyone by using a new anti-hacking security system known as BattlEye. However, my account was falsely banned before the implement of FairFight, may I seek your request on how to get unbanned? And may I know the estimate date that I will be able to check my account unbanned? Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much. Radical
Sadira Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 They did a first wave of unbans already. There will be a second wave of unbans happening soon, from what I read. Don't think they said when, yet.

Just like Sadira explained, I guess I have to wait for the second wave of unban as they unbanned the initial group of people from FairFight. On a side note, is this considered a ticket as I am posting this? If it's not, may I know how to send a support ticket to them? Thank you. Radical

A GM personally banned a players account for superficial evidence? And somehow these, likely to be the MOST falsely banned accounts of them all, as they were not banned by either anticheat but by a GMs own discretion, are the last bans to be lifted. It really doesn't make sense if you think about it does it?
