I'm sorry, but you're bullshiting! Max damage for the PMG ends at 35m. At 40m even with a stationary target you need to rely on RNG to be able to get a single kill with s full mag. (Ammo boxes, PCs, Safes, etc) adjust the hands to the minigun and done. Player can only walk. it has a delay to start shooting, like Ogre, and it overheats if you shoot for too long. Wouldn't be game breaking if player has literally 0 mobility while using Miniguns, easy prey for snipers or any Ntec user, etc. But it would be something to fear at certains areas. Overdamage. If you land all 8 bullets from 4 bursts, you are doing 1190 damage at 35m. Damage then ramps down from there giving you a small bit of leeway. You either have slow ttk but insanely good accuracy or you have fast ttk but with the accuracy that you need put effort in to make kills like ntec.
