Hi all,

We are back up.

This wasn't a district, world, or even login server issue.

We are prepping some items for later this week, and our primary database got overloaded with requests.

Took some time to unpack everything and verify backups, in order to make sure we didn't lose anything.

Can also add, it takes forever to get to district select and will then hang at entering district.

Contacting the login and world servers takes forever, idk what you did @MattScottbut you messed up the servers. They were actually working quite well till you took them down.

 

Edit: Inf loading screen. Matt you broke the game.

My character loads but Trying to use it gets an inf. "connecting to world server"

 

I was moving legendaries when this started I better not lose anything.

 

 

*edit took me 23 mins to login.

*edit part 2. taking items from the mailbox takes 20 seconds

Hi all,

 

Both Jericho and Citadel have been restarted. We had a runaway database issue that ended up hanging both worlds.

 

Both are back online and running smoothly now. We will keep monitoring them.
