That's not how that works when you speedhack all you're doing is creating more movements per server frame and they're all being processed at once in the next server frame, it wouldn't add any extra stress and even if it did the amount would be minuscule at best. I am quite sure cheaters cause more traffic, I doubt our local games know the locations of ALL cars and all other characters at any time, so someone moving faster causes more information being trasnferred because he comes across more poeple and objects at the same time a regular person does. Thats also the reason why car meetings screwed up the server performance, because suddnely more people at the same time in the same spot causing more updates at the same time. so the amount of items to be updated does matter and running across more items in the same time means updating more. From what i've seen memorywise, location informations of Cars, Players etc. are only shared within a radius of roughly 100m+/-.
