My account that i'm using is my steam profile for apb and it says that the password is expired and it doesn't matter if i change password. And if i log into with my G1 account I don't have any Characters wich makes sense since I use my steam profile. Please need help so I can be able to play

I keep getting the error that says my password is expired but, I don't remember having created a gamersfirst account. I made a ticket and its been about two weeks now. I want to play this game but this really makes me frustrated that they don't answer the ticket in time. If someone has any solutions please let me know, Thank you!

Hello I signed in for the first time in years and it is telling me to merge. I follow the URL https://www.gamersfirst.com/account/fallenearth/merge.php and I get a page not found instead. I really would like to use my characters from the account but cannot login using old account nor merge to the the requires gamersfirst account.

Not sure where this goes but it seems my toon wasnt transferred over to this server and I cant log into my account. PLease can some one help me get it back? I have submitted alot of tickets and there ignored. I dont know where else to go for help. So Im here asking for someone to please help me get my account fixed. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have been disconnected from my account after joining district - everything seems to be fine until the loading screen shows up and boom it just kicks me out of my account I have been trying to reinstall the game and repair the launcher but it doesnt seems to be working.. can someone help me figuring it out?

The SWARM 'Killer Bee' Account Lifetime and Character Lifetime do not get 35% off on ARMAS when you trial the weapon. It is only applied to the 30 Days option. After clicking "TRY NOW FREE", you get the message that says you will get 35% if you purchase the weapon before a date. -
yesterday i was about to go to waterfront and play 3v3, my game crashed like usual. but when i try to log in back it didnt let me (error 10004) someone has logged from another client. can someone give me suggestions on how to fix? its for like a day and a bit. i want to play already i even changed the password (in case someone is acctualy in it) but i am the only one who knows the password. help me please. Hi GM's! I just wanna say: Bring back in APB the ability to walk on roofs and inside buildings outside of missions (when you "Not Ready"). In the good old days it was fun, but now that fun is not available. At the moment, the game work an automatical system of respawn and destruction object if the is out of bounds. Hope you will do something with that idea.

"You can re-enter your password to force a disconnect" I was online when the server went down and afaik I was using steam to play so I'm not sure what password I'd need to use for that. Merged. I can launch using steam and then hit quit when prompted for my password so it lets me use a gamersfirst account. That does "disconnect" my account or so it says, but when I try to login immediately after that it say's my account is still ingame again. (not sure if there's an edit option in these forums, sorry if there is.)

When authenticating, no matter which account I try (3 currently), I get a "invalid Account or Password" error. As a test, I tried to create a new account, and received an error. Logging into Gamersfirst to check my accounts, had "Error occurred" message. Is there a wider issue, or is it just me?

Ok just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to log into Fallen Earth with login credentials that work on the GamersFirst site. Hopefully this will save others the bother. Figured out finally that the game apparently can't handle special characters in your password. Changed mine to one without any and logged right in.- 4 replies

Welp, after having an eventful time this morning participating in the Beacon District, and then in the action district for the butcher event, I logged off. After a few hours of errands I attempt to log back in to find that my account has been permanently banned. No email was issued to me about this and my marketplace and forum accounts still say Active. According to LO, I was permanently banned for telling someone to off themselves. ONCE. Why this is worthy of a perm ban Ill never understand. Everyone here is anonymous, there's a rampant cheating problem evidenced by the massive amount of cheats readily available with a simple google search that Im sure a not-small portion of the remaining playerbase uses because LO doesnt know how anticheats work, and on top of that, Jericho already struggles for population. But nope, instead of banning those players, or the ones who actively drive around ramming players in cars during missions, or ghosting, etc. They'd rather perm ban someone who anonymously told another completely anonymous player to off themselves after they said some smolbrain trash. And Im well aware that some vocal clowns on these forums will probably speak up and reveal themselves on this post in support of my ban, but thats expected. Jericho is dying anyway, and so is the rest of this game that cant even push past 300 pop across Jericho AND Citadel at peak hours. Hell, this post will probably be removed by some butthurt mod who's afraid of being personally offended on behalf of nothing. Oh well. On top of the fact that this game is literally about killing people with a massive arsenal of weapons. What a backwards world we live in. -
I wanted to know - making a purchase on an account in the store Armas but having the characters on different servers..Do I get a purchase for all the characters is not dependent on the fact that they are all on different servers? Or do I get to the characters of only one of the selected servers ? -
Thank you very much for the constant updates, we know the LO staff is working diligently to improve our gaming experience and we appreciate it very much. I understand there are a lot of issues to address and maintain, but it would be greatly appreciated if by any chance you have an approximate date for the battleye patch/unbanning so we just have an idea...doesnt have to be an exact date..approximate would be great. Thank you!

Login->Char Screen->Select char->Error->Account being used. This is what i have been facing for last 15 mins and every goddamn day i try to login i have to go through this.... Sometimes i would select different char, goto district then go back to login and then select my main... Now whatever i do its the same shit.... Anybody know any FIX? -
You are gonna unban FF bans as you said but what about other accs banned for language, forbidden trades of legendaries for G1C, by greedy G1 GMs.. do we have to wait is there any chance of unban or insta-contact support?
