  8. Hello trashpanda, There seems to have been a short issue regarding connections and logins around the time you posted. Could you verify that this has since been resolved? ~@mayii
  9. The beta for 1.30 has already been moved to the live servers, you can play/test it there. As a result I'll also be locking this thread. For the testing servers only NA was available this time around, but due to back end configurations doesn't show a ping response. ~@mayii

  16. Hello Tiliam, Sadly due to a change at the backend systems a temporary trade lock is active for most accounts. The change in question is referenced in the Patch Notes: Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please also keep in mind that major system or driver updates, changes of hardware or logging in from a new network can also cause a temporary (72 hr) trade lock. ~@mayii

  22. Hello Blatman Due to some backend limitations the last day of the month can sometimes not have the free premium enabled. I'll try to alert the team to see what they can do to activate it sooner. Let's not misquote that. Matt said he wants to rework it before possibly turning it off. ~@mayii
