Said it before and I'll say it again, 50$ is too low for a gun that's supposed to be "rare " / "valuable" / "special" when most ACCOUNT PERMANENT weapons on ARMAS can be gotten for similar amounts (or less) 150 boxes would be a good butter zone, if a bit low even -- after all, at that point you're obviously dedicated to getting the gun anyway at the cost of getting it over something for all of your characters and alts ever, and it also wouldn't completely devalue the heck out of the guns on the market. 150 boxes is around 120$, if you buy them 50 at a time (in the 20+5 packs) It should also be a one-time thing, and you can't get multiple legendaries by buying 150 more boxes. Further, you still have your chances to get the legendary in less money, on your way up to the 150 box amount as well in this situation.

The Medusa is better as a bullet hose, for bullet hose's sake -- and once the recoil is kicked back because of its mod, it's better at longer ranges, and easy as heck to control. If you're already used to the tommy or shaw though, while it's easier to control compared to the Euryale it's not as good. The Euryale is just a straight up better gun for all-around, general use though. IMHO it's worth having both just for flavor, and neither are bad guns, I personally use the Euryale a lot more because it's less situational.

i think this is already a function Really? I haven't come across one since I came back to APB, so I'll have to test it next time I found some cancer. I do recall it not working the last time I tried it, but I could also be mistaken on that lol

I agree with Darkzero above me, I don't care about a mute button but I think it should 100% be reportable and any themes found on the marketplace like that should be deleted. I also think that /ignore should block someone's theme too, so it functions as a mute button for players being obnoxious in this fashion (but not players who actually have nice or cool themes)

Got one for my 'forcer in a 20+5 pack, so I think I got it in a decently low amount of money.

For real. I always love to be paired up against LTL enforcers when I'm on my crim, because most of the time it's easy to win against. That said, kev 3 + ltl as enforcer is hilarious because it brings most other guns to a similar TTK as it takes the CCG to stun, even though it's mostly useless outside of duo-qqing with ltls because it makes the actual arrest take forever. If I want to ltl, I'm either using ccg + kev 3 to just run up to people and stun them or nl9 + fragile for flanking, but even then it's situational AF and only good against bronzes

Yeah, thankfully he's been very good about communication, regardless of whether what was happening was something good or bad. Much, much better than Tiggs or G1 ever were pre-LO

They probably realized halfway through how easy trading would be to implement and how needed it really is / was, after all with 30% of the support cases being that one problem alone it was probably eating up a ton of their time, and more worth it to implement now to clear out the support cases. Then they also released the Showstopper which was supposed to be #3 in focus, but it was also a way for them to start learning the game's systems which could help out with tweaking the rest of what's already there, which is something that everyone agrees we need.

+1 Or an option to just automatically collect all permanent things in your mailbox. Better yet, anything bought from ARMAS should be automatically put in your inventory when you got to a Joker Ammo vendor, and all of the mission rewards should be given the next time you visit a contact instead of clogging up the mailbox like the pages upon pages of 3 day lease items from JMBs

Well, take me for example. I'm really, genuinely not good enough to be a Gold for very long -- but by the same vein, I'm better than your average Silver. I used to fluctuate between the two every few missions. Now, I'm always gold (and don't feel like dethreating) because all of my friends who still play are very, very good at the game and can carry me to the point that I stay gold. This means that I often don't want to play because when I do I'm up against better players 100% of the time. It's no fun and it sucks. TBH anything short of matchmaking based on time played will result in dethreating, even in other games people make smurfs and de-rank themselves to get easy games. It just happens. Yes something needs to be done, I'd recommend maybe golds getting 0 rewards or progression in roles in bronze districts, but a hard kick could cause quite a few issues on the community end.

I recall it being, but I haven't played in about 6-ish months, I mostly came back for the Little Orbit changes, so it could very well be me just misremembering that. Either way, the fire rate with IR3 as it stands is completely abysmal and makes it not really viable regardless.

I thought it was .75 for 1 down and .5 for down back then? Granted, I was perpetually silver back then and now I'm perpetually gold (even though I'm not really good enough to be) so maybe I didn't notice that as much. Shit, nerf rewards to 0 in Bronze districts or make it so that Bronze players have to opt-in to be matched against golds (but can opt-out again any time, so long as they remain bronze). That could help stop it, maybe. Either way, the whole system needs changing -- we just need something in the short term to help for right now, that doesn't piss off people by splitting them from friends.

Yeah, they kind of made my LCR PR2 useless -- it went from a gun that I enjoyed using as a "pseudo-sniper" in place of an OBIR or actual sniper to a gun that I can't STAND due to its abysmal fire rate, and on top of that it's no longer pin-point accurate. It's simply not worth using at ALL with IR3 any more.

I agree with BXNNXD. Green shouldn't be simply the "pre-bronze" / "trial" rank, it should be for people who genuinely have issues playing -- if they implemented Platinum, it should be cosmetic only (maybe colored like a diamond or something, blue) and be purely cosmetic, functioning as the fabled "perma-gold" but otherwise not causing a community split any further -- it's simply a rank that you can't de-rank from. That would also stop all the de-threaters past a certain point, probably. Now THAT is an idea that I can get behind.

TBH, I think instead of this they should severely nerf rewards for Gold players playing in Bronze districts. i'm not talking the small amount for golds joining a Silver district or Silvers joining Bronze, but like -- golds joining bronze districts get 75-80% reduces rewards per kill / arrest, as well as on mission finish. This wouldn't STOP the problem ENTIRELY, especially for people who are gold but not really good enough to play against most other golds (like me lol), but it would make people have to think a serious minute about actually joining it. Added bonuses for joining districts above your rank: if you're bronze and join a Gold district, maybe you can get 75-80% more money and rep per kill / mission? People would still dethreat, but they'd probably dethreat with the purpose of going back in to a high rank district again. The whole system needs reworking, but I think forcing people out outright could cause some problems with people being forced to split up from friends and could really piss people off.

I +1 this, it gives f2p players a reason to stick around a bit more without needing to wait for random unlocks, and most people who are in it for the long haul already bought account-perm (or at least character perm a few times over) emotes for all characters anyway, so it really shouldn't affect LO's profits at all.

I would personally prefer something other than what Rinamii stated, more along the lines of what Warframe does with boosters and stuff along the way. Either that, or a 30 day calendar that doesn't reset if you miss a day (somewhat like Guild Wars 2 does) where every week you get to pick one 7-day joker ticket mod and after 30 you get a 7-day trial ARMAS gun or a 7-day premodded car or something? Idk, but simple rep / cash boosts would only benefit people who've played the game for very long periods of time, and I don't think it would do anything to help the longevity and accessibility for new players. So it's a sound idea, but needs a bit more thought put in imho.

Time to Stun is almost universally higher than TTK though? The only difference is that Stamina damage isn't impacted by Clotting Agent or Kevlar, really -- but with a 1.2s TTS on the Stabba and like 1.05s TTS or higher on all the rest, they really don't need a nerf. Yes, the perc/pig combo has always been busted, but the PIG has a max range of like 5m (after that the projectile disappears) so they have to almost literally be standing right next to you to pull it off, and one of their weapons needs to be sacrificed to uselessness since they need to use the Pig instead of something else.

TBH that kind of worries me. I used to main CSG back when they were OP years back, but even after these new changes I can't touch it any more, because the one that I have has preset IR3 and it makes it more or less useless -- I can get a more consistent ttk and easier kills with my Thumper than my CSG, because with the fact that CA3 exists period, the firing rate decrease is so massively noticable that dang near anything can kill me faster than I can kill it using my CSG with preset IR3. Not only that, but it has more or less killed my LCR PR2 as well, a gun that I love dearly, but ALSO can't touch any more due to preset IR3. I agree with the idea that it balances itself out on weapons like SMGs and the Huntress and other weapons that already fire relatively quickly, but at LEAST unlock the slot for our ARMAS guns that have it preset and are now completely useless for it FFS LO
