Hello .. Ok so I would never trust BE to respond quickly, especially given the "global situ" So I would say your issue is directly with APB first. So I would look at their Ticket Support system. be honest and frank, explain your situ like you have to me, be polite and understanding that it may not be their top priority. reference what you feel is evidence is just to support your case. if you have provided all the correct information for the ticket they will be able to take the right action to review your acc. you will still need to state the criteria i listed above. Id also state you had been streaming for that long, "ghost Reporters" of cheaters is a real thing were people simply report players falsely for no actual reason even if they haven't played against them - why? jealousy maybe they don't like that someone else is good or can stream? or they don't like something you said so they target you. one of the issues with APBS report system, one would hope it detects if you've played against the person your reporting. BUT dont take the ticket as a done deal. IT IS NOT A "UN BAN ME TICKET" system.. they may simply not get back to you, if you feel it is worth the try and time, then be patient once you have. hope you believe in karma. I do, why I happily support others.

This is for dev's to view .. again.. and FYI (for your information) all oppo names have been blanked, this is not an accusation, it is for hardware/ performance future improvements and awareness review "purpose" . an oppo that owned 4 of us easy as a rank 009 trainee, (and im not a pro, neither the other team members) second match against "it" I really studied its movements, it could easily drive around and navigate small spaces with lots happening ie explosions and was moving aiming cleanly, so clearly there was no lag issues, but as soon as it came to any combat / firing etc they were able to begin jumping/teleporting, extra info , My self an others in the mission had great connections, no lag "spikes" or "stutters", and this was visible/taking place to them (my fellow players) as well, so it rules out our end as clients, and leaves server/that players client to question. additionally it was only this one opp, the Oppo player still had great aim, with normal lag you would expect them to miss some shots or be miss firing, even with "intentional laggers" they would have a small miss fire jumping around that much but not this one. .. also with normal lag or laggers you would expect them to be aiming away or off centre but hitting the tarket.. how ever you can see the aim is near perfectly on point each time. even with the split milly second the players has adjusted and is aiming in point. Also the distance each teleport is equal. so its not at random. watch the clip.. this happened multiple times but this was the most cleanest example. and once they had got the kill they would return back to normal until the next confrontation.. This is also not the first I have seen players move like this in the recent weeks, Able to move like Neo or Agent Smith.. Very concerning for the future of the game.

hmm... well , I'd rather they use the time and ue4 engine to its strengths and have this fixed by then instead of now. but a silly issue none the less.

Hey @Madarapt can you give some context, was this: 1) once the game had loaded past the intro splash screen into the main menu lobby - where you select acccount/character? or 2) on loading screen into a server / district? or 3) during a game play session, still actively moving around playing the game ?- or 4) you had been AFK out of game, alt-tab'ed to another application? Also, are you saying since this happened you haven't been able to play since? that's why you reinstalled?

Hello, Had a check though to see if this has been raised previously, couldn't find any topics about it. A few times iv found I'm hitting "structures" / "objects" with hit box's that are huge. Fire hydrants, news paper stands etc. and then recently had this issue with a "NPC" where I shot over the top of them but the NPC hit box was triggered so I made a short clip and slowed it, basic visual edit to demonstrate. Wasn't sure if this was just a normal "hit box" issue or Resolution "hit box scaling" issue? as I'm playing at higher resolution / quality 2560x1440 window mode and running on an RTX3070. Although not hardware related. I know this might not be something worth fixing any time soon given the "Engine update" and rarity of shooting over/ around NPC's. but ay worth letting you know,

never mind, I can see youre second quote was incorrect, and that your second quote was just you trying to type your message. I did research this abit more, out of interest. the issue with W10 , MS has added so many different short cut keys into the os now, (thousands compared to w7) that youd have to actualy go in to the os settings and begin editing / re-listen what keys you want to do X Y Z, this is no small job, and yould run the risk of miss labelling or doubling up short cuts. another example of "creating a short cut makes more work in the long run". that said doing it via the os would be safer compared to an application like Autohotkeys. im interested to what solution if any the APB team come back with

ok , I speak for my self but also possibly others get that your possibly frustrated, annoyed, APB is a grind game takes hours to get anywhere. .... Posting in the "bugs & tech issues" section with a "non questionable &/or evidential statement " doesn't help you. so your not going to gain any help with your or friends "ban/s" so if you would like some help or guidance to get the ball rolling...? Things to think about when trying to resolve your issue around battle eye & bans. 1) Explain what has happened, Give a brief , enough to build an image of the situation. 2) what was you doing at the point you got "the ban" ie playing the game, or Alt+tabing or using an overlay screen ? or was you afk ingame using discord? or best yet afk scrolling through kitty pictures? everyone does.. 3) Secondly explain the extract Run Time environment your game was running in? ie W10, 64bit, all the applications you had physically open, Chrome, media player, spotify etc 4) Also list any applications that may hook &/or overlay to the game? Discord, MSI, EVGA, Razor, fraps, etc, for the full list of apps that can cause issues, simply see the battlenet help site. or support forums, the info is there. 5) List other games you play on the same system that uses battleeye, this can also be a reason, if another game has caused a wider issue. 6) BE COMPLETELY honest, Not saying you arnt BUT, battleeye will give more info than you might think, thus if you are not honest, you will not get a second thought, "IF" you so happened to have an "application" on/active that even though it was "not meant to be" at the time you was playing apb, then it will not look good if detected and you dont admit it. so be honest. 7) pull a full system dx-dump.file and upload and paste the link for it to be reviewed. this should be done ideally on the day and very moment you get the ban. so unfortunately for you not now. but anyone else reading this for the future. Now abit of extra help. understand that in the "pc" gaming world, your pc and installed software will work out to be maybe 0.000001% or even less of everyone else's builds in the world, unless you have a prebuild system that youv never tweak, but even so your software environment will be different and no one will have the same as you. and that is why pc support is always difficult. so the information above is vital, even in your situation. so cut some slak, and be patient. mean time do some research your self to understand the situation. once 1 to 6 has been given, and some time has been allowed for an APB dev/member has been able to investigate, (when they arnt trying to help everyone elses bans, and the game engine update) then they "may" get back to you. either to say : a straight no, more questions, a fix/answer or contact BE. so who knows. good luck

Hi Funplay , so unfortunatly this doesnt outline much in terms of your issues. these come accross as generic Kernal Events. Most would simply say to either 1) unplug all addition devices connect by usb and try the scenario again. this would check if you have too many devices pulling power or a problem with a port shorting. 2) attempt adjust power plan if in case the systems "auto detected" power plan is wrong, again not always right. To better understand your issues you need to check your "event Viewer" between critical even upto 45 minutes before the kernal power event as this is just simply a generic error, image is for example if you view this pic, you will see i have highlighted in blue an error event log, this is the "shut down" event log, after this is the "critical" event. you need to be checking anything in the red marker area (your 45 minutes may contain more or less events). you will see they look the same until you click on them, for me viewing this i can see that 30 minutes before the "critical" event a "display" error was prompted, were for some reason the Nvidia Drivers where stopped and restarted. this can cause the system to become unstable. Ok excellent. so .. PC1 specs meet. the 1060 should play the game fine med to high at 1080 60fps. I would check your bios to make sure the cpu is matchin the memory. and PCIEx is running as required for Nvidia gpu. PC2 860m is regarded as dedicated onchip graphics, ie laptop or on-motherboard graphics, this unfortunately for this system will not meet the games requirements, you probably could get it running but it wont be very stable. PC3 is good. Rx580 is equal to a gtx970/go gtx980 so it should play the game around medium at 1080 60fps . again check bios to make sure it is linking memory correctly and PCIex is as required, AMD gpu it should be happy. So.. Issue at hand. because its a very generic fault , i would start at the basics. if you know how and confident check your event log. go to Start and in search type "Event Viewer" do not get overwhelmed with errors in here there can be a lot for no real reason. this can also take 5 minutes to load. you need to click on the left side "Custom Views" > "administrive events" here it will show all known events. using the Date & Time find your blue screen event, and prior to shutdown/restart identify the error event and take a screen grab of this . it should state in description what caused the event, ie application loaded from C : triggered X ....... so on. You can upload the image and post on here if your not sure. >> Disclaimer beyond this point any actions taken are your own. Another step you can attempt. Now not all Operating systems are equal depending how it was obtained. no questions asked, you may have corrupt files or driver issues, especially if all 3 of you used the same "install" sample. so , 1) disconnect from the net and run Antivirus & malware scanners. 2) go to start>power > hold left shift and click on Restart = this will load advanced boot options, you need to select the option "Startup Repair" Follow the steps all the way through, you may be requested to reconnect and download updates if files are required. 3) also check your mother board make for new drivers, especially if it uses realtek network hardware. This is always an issue if you installed Microsft update Realtek drivers and not direct from Motherboard supplier. 4) make sure your os is up to date with the following, when you click and install, they will say either, install / repair or this program is already installed / up to date. You will be required to restart after each one,. this is required. if you do not restart they may not install or you may corrupt files. My advice here is to save all three to seperate folders on your desktop, so you know were and what each on is. - Dx package - Net Frame Work 4.8 (this will only install if you have the previous version from updates ) - VCRedist for x86 & x64 (running 64 bit pro you will need both) 5) the main culprit of all issues, (mcAfee is the worst for False negatives) AntiVirus & other security applications detecting parts of APB or BE and blocking/restricting access, in worse case f this is happen it can cause a mem leak/stability and result in OS bluescreen shutdown. hey @FunPlay. Hope your good. So I get that its happening on multiple systems. and its a pain in The *.. Problem you have is youv not provided any further detail to your issue, What With When Where Why . Is this something your experiencing trying to install the game? or do you have it installed already but this is on first launch? also what OS build do you use? as well as hardware configuration? and installation directory? Do you by any chance get more information provided with this error message, Windows will normally provide an info box with error code, or just a simple pop up Additionaly this error when prompted by the OS can be in reference to 100+ reasons, for better understanding to this I can only Direct you to >>HERE So for youre case I ask this. PC name & model number. (if it is a pre built item) or PC parts, Exact names and specs. + Version of OS and last known date it has been updated, Also include graphics driver version. You should also your self if you are able to , check your "event viewer" to see what the error is linked to. you will need to do this with "admin privileges"

This error Is generic with out further information.. But the fact you say it happens on start up and the type of issues this is commonly linked to I'd say its system/OS issue not game issue.

hey @nattsvart_katt After some simple "google" digging.. BUT .. you do this at your own risk, ALSO AutoHotKey can be detected as a cheat/Macro by BE. SuperUser Forum To be truly honest with you.. id say 99.9% of games in the last 10 years and going forward will only launch with Key bindings to the now "default" WASD.. and devs wont take time out for the 0.1% .. sorry bud to break it to you. time to change over. Oh and it appears to be a generic thing with W10 that shift will do that to Num Pad.
