    Crosshairs are allowed so long as you are not altering game files to add it. I use Hudsight.

    The red crosshair lets you know when you are aiming at an enemy even if you can’t see them. Hitbox size doesn’t always equal player model size. This means you can shoot people, say over a railing, even though their player model isn’t showing. Ditto for aiming at feet under cars.

    As I understand it, because of the sliding bug LO had two choices: 1) set the game to 128 so no new players will encounter the sliding bug and allow players to uncap it if they want 2) leave the game uncapped and have many potential new players encountering the sliding bug while also making them responsible for fixing it I’d have made the same choice. p.s. The sliding bug drastically effects accuracy, so it certainly can effect gameplay

    Yes you will need to make a fresh character. In your mail you will find various weapons, vehicles, clothing, etc as well as a bunch of weapon mods, money, and joker tickets. Testing is NA only.
