Hiya,

 

Has there been any statement about compensation for the error 9 / server downtime problems?

Don't really like loosing 4-5 days of premium and get nothing in return 😕

I believe that this is going to be addressed once the servers are back up and running. Hang in there! 🙂

No compensation sorry.

Imagine if i had to claim compensations for every lose i had... i just after months got a generic response about my nhvr. Just imagine it, waiting months to be compensated for a broken weapon and get a generic response that basically says "no".

 

Get over it, it could be worst.

An update was just posted by Matt Scott regarding the issues this past week and the compensation that will be given.
