Servers are up.

We will schedule Commander early this week so everyone gets notice and can enjoy it properly.

thanks Matt the notice is nice will it be a redeem code or just a 2 week period ?

2 weeks of commander subscription huh? It's better then nothing for sure.

But it was definitely a long time this had taken. Support itself is unresponsive I guess. I still havent gotten my monthly reward points lol.

Since I couldn't edit my message. I'll just double post. I wanted to add - what happens to those that already had subscriptions from the commander edition? Do those days get compensated aswel that we've lost?

hi tech team, it seems there's some heavy timeout at char select screen today, takes like 1 min to display the char, and all key all greyed except Exit, gotta wait 1 min for the char to appear before clicking Play

A lot of items and actual purchased items are gone. Along character level. Skill. And other progress I've done.

 

This is actually killing my mood permanently to even play this game anymore.

As mentioned previously by Ritual, make a ticket with support and we'll do what's possible to resolved the missing items.
