NotZombieBiscuit 3146 Posted December 17, 2018 muzzle break is amazing on guns with lots of erratic horizontal recoil such as some LMGs. Makes it so you pretty much only have to drag down to compensate for recoil. Far from useless.
Havana 216 Posted December 17, 2018 How would you know? You ONLY use NTEC.

Ketog 1031 Posted December 30, 2018 (edited) Well muzzlebrake is useful on weapons with lots of Horizontal recoil , using it on NTEC , or HVR won't do anything MB is usefull for LMG's such as Shaw , Medusa , Eureyale , swarm and more . you can compensate fast and slow vertical recoil as the gun will alway go up , but you can't compensate horizontal recoil especially if it's fast as you won't be able to guess if the gun is going to go left or right . that's when muzzlebrake is good . Also muzzle brake uses a percentages , so it's based on the base value of the weapon , if you reduces by 30% the horizontal recoil of weapon that doesn't have any , you will just reduce it by 0 wich is nothing. ZoriaDunne 327 Posted January 4, 2019 (edited) Try Swarm Killer Bee, and you'll love Muzzle Brake, I think it's designed for LMGs, because other weapons rarely have a big horizontal recoil. Medusa Euryale Swarm Shaw All Light Machine Guns with horizontal recoil. Not every mod works on every kind of gun. Why would you use Hunting sigh on a shotgun, right? or Extended Magazine on an Osmaw, Tagger on a OPGL, big etc, learn how weapons behave and choose the right mods to make them better.
