is Support working half and hour a day?

How can support be this slow in a game with a playerbase that small?
It literally takes weeks for them to answer.
I've seen games with giant playerbase were the support answer in 1-2 days as max.
Not trying to hate, just a little annoyed about this thing, since I have a problem with Armas marketplace.

They have priorities man. There are compromised accts, passwd reset mails(its broken they manually send it), scam reports (hell ye ppl do get scammed), missing weps, mails from raytaylor etc etc

They don't have much staff so what can you expect. Just gotta stick through the rough for now to reach the holy land

From my experience, it takes a while to get your first response (From August to end of November in my case). When you do get your first reply, they'll continue to get in touch with you until your issue is resolved.

 

That has been my experience anyway, don't know about anyone else so take it with a pinch of salt.
