since the patches Apb takes so damn long to Start, i have an ssd and it works great for the patches but now it loads so long.
and the complete game experience is so bad. im so done with this game.

My game just gets black screen for 10-15 seconds and then goes to the character select screen. Fight me

Here is my specs it's the minimum requirements for apb but it holds up.

well aside from a new joker box, a trade system, cheaters unban and some weapons balance (or unbalance), not sure if there was any other noticeable update by LO so far. I do believe they are working and trying for this game.. but to be honest its unlikely this game can be rescued..

Did you bother  defragging your computer?  This by far can slow it down.
Is your comp being rebooted to clear the cashe or cleaning it with Ccleaner? That to can cause problems if not cleaned properly.
Were you using a lot of high memory usage programs before APB? They sometimes do not give back the memory used for them.
was your comp running hot? that too can cause problems.
Too many possibilities.
