So, @MattScott. When are you going to start caring about your players? When will you hire a round-the-clock ingame moderation team, that can at a moment's notice respond to cries of distress from victims of toxic behaviour? When will you fast lane terms of service violation report tickets (with an accompanying punishment for those who abuse it, of course)?

If you choose to ignore these problems as you have consistently been showing you intend to, the game will die just like before... and it's already started as can be seen by checking readily available public data.

Incoming censure and account action for daring to speak up on this issue.

Still waiting on that promised report system... the complete lack of even the slightest mention about it in any recent blog post or other official comment makes one question whether it'll ever actually be a thing. Although one questions if it even matters, since Little Orbit seems incapable of even the slightest caring about obvious toxicity in the community.

I appreciate the fact that they are trying but they keep making mistakes, you can't really afford to keep doing that with a game like APB because it was already in a bad place.

All it would take is some proper testing before making these things live, these people are supposed to be professionals.

Honestly I'd rather see LO take their time and get any new features working as well as possible than to rush these things out in order to please the community and end up making a balls of it.

This community is used to having to wait for stuff, they can take it, on the other hand when things are released in a bad state people leave.

Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for you to write a post that actually acknowledges what has been said towards you earlier in the thread. At the moment you just seem to be dismissing anything and jumping between things to accuse LO of not doing until you run out of things to say.

Really, this thread consists of the OP continuously playing the victim card and doing mental gymnastics. When one of his claims gets debunked, he ignores it and makes up another claim. Promoting this kind of a defeatist attitude in the community does not help LO in the slightest - and conveniently enough, OP wants LO to do better but does not allow them to do so, because then what's the point of this thread?
It's just empty LO bashing on and on, through and through. Instead of waiting patiently and giving those people the time they need to improve the game, the OP (and numerous other people) complain about things not being done instantly. (gee, it's almost as if working on things took time!)

LO took over the game and a lot people came back hopeful that the game was now in the hands of someone who would do good things, then LO made a series of mistakes, unbanning cheaters and the shotgun changes were probably the worst of these, and players lost faith in their ability to deliver and left. The shotguns are way better now but the damage has already been done, fixing stuff that should never have been broken in the first place isn't going to bring players back.

Hopefully they'll handle the engine upgrade better as it's probably the last chance to save this game.

As you've mentioned it yourself, the shotguns have already been taken care of, the cheater unbanning was done in attempt to give people second chance without LO necessarily being aware of the masses' nature, the rest I interpret as LO's first attempts in approaching a totally different type of game, where they arent aware of too many things. Patience is key, if 95% of this community were traders they'd literally die of starvation, lol. Edited September 25, 2018 by ch4ncer

I got no issue with that, it's a personal opinion and preference , it can help me asses the type of person Im speaking/ chatting with and if wether I'd want to have anything to do with them.
