I hate some vanilla yogurt and muesli today for lunch. It was really good despite being lighter than what I would normally eat.

- Canned filets of mackerel in tomato sauce with mayo and chopped onions (not the server), salt and pepper
- Canned liver pate with mayo and fried onions (still not the server)

Then some slices of baguette from the local bakery with garlic cream cheese and Bayonne ham.

i get a box of those for my kitties they love them. i prefer those chicken selects though with the chilli dip
big tasty with bacon but with big mac sauce
and BANANA milkshake
