Transparent Background

So when you go to your inventory the background is fully black. But a couple of months back i had it transparent.

Does anyone know how to make this transparent?

I had mine as black for the longest time, but after I started using the Advanced Launcher it's been transparent now... sooo...

yeah its something to do with advanced launcher, dont know what setting specifically tho

Hmm alright, the problem is I use a graphics config and when I go in Advanced Launcher it resets

i think switching "bloom" setting on/off does this.

I think the GUI/HUD texture LOD does the same.

I don't use advanced launcher, so no idea if you can change that.

But if you want the effect even with bloom on, should look there.

Sounds about right. Dropping the max for the UI texture setting to 1024 should do the trick I believe.

Advanced launcher did this for me, I wish they did this by default

You get the transparent background when you use some potato settings in Advanced Launcher.

I used to have it until I switched to ultimate settings + lowered LODs.

Nevermind, someone said it's the bloom. I was sure I had the solid color background now but it was transparent.

Using Bloom will make it transparent while not using it will cause a black background.

I'm using someone's graphics config, so whenever I open my Advanced Launcher settings it resets and I no longer have those graphics settings but those in the Advanced Launcher.

Does anyone know what i can do?

play around with advanced launcher until you get settings your game runs at

 

there are several preset settings configurations, cars and clothes is prolly the best one if you dont want the entire game to look like potato

Game runs fine, it's just the config i have rn i like the graphics allot but can't seem to remake it in Advanced Launcher
