Before this error game was opened and cant log in to char , instant logout and error was with GFAC , something with "need to update GFAC" , i'm just reinstall game and now nothings runs.. please help

The last time I went online (November 2025) the APB Launcher still worked fine, but yesterday I could not even update the game. The announcements here on the forum did say there was an Emergency Maintenance going on that was set for ~2 hours but obviously took a lot longer than that. So either the server issues are still not fixed at this time (just tried a few minutes ago), or we can no longer use the APB Launcher? The latter would be a shame as it gives the users more freedom with the game settings, allowing us to disable the useless loading videos (that I never liked) and tune all the graphic settings to our own preferences (and PC capabilities - though these days one can just set them to full). In any case I do hope the launcher is still supported and that the not updating at the moment is "just" a server problem. Hope you can shed some light onto this, thanks!

Will the period of the Egg launcher get extended since the launcher was really awful to begin with?

I beg to differ. Been using it the last few days and the launcher is not just bugged but flawed. Eggs magically fire to the right of the barrell and crosshair sometimes resulting in shots that wont hit any target you aim at and then they dont have a consistent forward motion. They can fly left, fly right, fly up and sometimes down. The projectile does not have a straight and consistent line like any bullet or snowballs from the afformentioned snowball launcher has. This makes the egg launcher the absolute worst weapon ever released in APB and what was already tedious is now impossible to do. Using the egg launcher is such a handicap that your threat might as well turn green upon equipping. The only thing it has going for it is that it can chew through cars but car kills with the egg launcher dont count towards the event.

When I report cheaters, Spike messaged me that they only take youtube.com videos as evidence. Not sure if it's because of having a safe player to watch the video from or some other reason. Just info from what I have experienced. Hope the cheater will get banned anyway

They don't care about banning cheaters. They want them in game. There's a few examples that upload frequently on Youtube. Besides, server status on their website or launcher will be much easier to implement. Then again, the servers shouldn't be down often enough to need that type of monitoring.

I'm having problems with the APB Reloaded game launcher ________________________________________________________________ For a moment I thought it was Windows Defender or the firewall, so I disabled them, but it didn't fix the problem. I also deleted a file called clientfiles.xml and tried to repair it. Finally, I thought my Windows 11 operating system was corrupted, so I reinstalled it, but nothing changed. Hi there, i recently tried to launch apb after 2 years, but i get an error after i try to launch the game through the launcher or not. - The error occurs after i press the "Launch" button from the APB Launcher. - 17.04.2026, 2:44 PM. - I do not use any file edits. - My computer specs: - Intel Core 2 Duo E7300, 2.66 Ghz. - ATI Radeon R7 250x. - 4 GB RAM - APB is installed on a HDD. - Windows 7, 64 bits, Service Pack 1. - No Anti-Virus software. Note! I must say that APB worked well for me with the above computer specs, till the "New Horizon" update.

Taking timezones and work schedules and the wild amount of choices people have to play instead when they boot up their systems these days I am in the boat that if I don't see others already piled in then I won't either because I have no idea what some dude in Poland or Australia or something is doing and I don't want to work my schedule around the dudes by waiting in fightclub while bro treats m'lady along a french river cruise. I was there for the days of tony hawk pro skater park editor and I already spent enough time alone in virtual spooky warehouses. The reality is I would probably be playing a lot more (fight club at least) with some QoL on this subject IMO what they should do is have an official population ui on the launcher (along with a mini mode?) so if pop is popping you can click the lobby that suddenly has 5 or so people in asylum and launch into it from the launcher itself. When people look over at the launcher wherever they tucked it away on their screen and see a FC lobby filling up they will say "nice" and hop in and suddenly it's getting full because it's getting fuller and fight clubbers like a full lobby. Would also serve those just wanting to play FC as a warmup round or two

The anticheat didn't run in Wine/Proton for me, and the last time I tried playing on Linux the launcher crashed. You need to use a Windows virtual machine to play on other operating systems.

Hello everybody, Our standard weekly maintenance will be held this Wednesday (04/08) starting at 9:00 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 6 to 8 hours. Better late than never this patch adds this years Easter Event! Unlike previous years we are not going to be running an event that requires players to participate in an event on a non-mission district, instead we're going to be doing something similar to the Christmas Snowball event! Starting tomorrow players will receive an Egg-Launcher via their Mailbox that they can use to level the new Easter Event role which awards three new titles, the Easter Egg Weapon Skin, Customizable Egg Mask as well as total of 2000 Joker Tickets by getting 300 Kills using the new Egg-Launcher before the event ends in two weeks! Its a bit of everything, I wanted to not copy the Snowball launcher 1:1 so I opted into doing the same thing in essence but with a different execution and took a more cautious approach. First I wanted to remove the Windup timer which meant that its damage and ramp stats also had to be redesigned, I wanted it to be a little more "spammy" than the Snowball Launcher so it feels different to play but that also runs the risk of creating something that could very easily be overpowered in CQC hence why initially it was a 4 shot kill until 15 meters. In the end I was a little too cautious and quickly made adjustments to push during the next maintenance which unfortunately ended up being a full week into the Event - That said many of the complaints are very placebo (such as the claims its less accurate) because apart from a few parameters such as rate of fire, damage and ammo capacity its stats are 1:1 the same as the Snowball Launcher. In regards to these comments in another thread - We just launched a large new patch that incentivizes players to play missions to level up a new contact so we made the descision to run an event that can be progressed whilst actively leveling the new contacts rather than having players go to an Event District and Mug Bunnies for rewards which meant that they would not be leveling LaRocha/Zombie in the process. Additionally previous years showed that the mugging event was one of the worst performing events overall so even in a world in which Legends had not launched around the same time as Easter I would have not wanted to run that event again. Also I am not quite sure where the "money hungry" comment stems from given that this years Easter Event's rewards are much higher value compared to those of previous Easter Events.

Did anyone at LO actually test the egg launcher to make sure it actually functioned as a weapon? This thing is so broken its a$$. Eggs can fire to the right of the barrell and crosshair resulting in instantaneous misses (even at 1m) and hitreg is even bigger a$$ with this thing then it is normally.... and normally it doesnt exist. Then eggs will go in any and all directions, each shot going a different direction resulting in accuracy that doesnt exist and knowing which way the eggs will go is anybodies guess. It honestly feels like you threw something together, didnt test it and just threw it into the game in a broken state.

Hello everyone, I’m having trouble logging into Fallen Earth Classic, and I’m not sure if this is only on my side or if something is wrong with the servers. When I start the game, it keeps trying to connect for a while and then shows: “Unable to connect, please check your internet connection.” I tested it on: wired internet mobile internet VPN(i'm from Russia) The result is always the same. The account website works normally for me. So it looks like the game client can’t reach the login/auth server properly, rather than this being a normal account or password issue. Is anyone else having the same problem? And is there any official info about the login servers or the game being down? Thanks in advance.

But whether or not you keep playing, there's always gonna be ppl who will stay to suffer from this, this is just how APB mindset is, we have no other game which is exactly like this one, sadly (INzoi is forgotten by now and life-sim so nah lol, idk abt any others atp) I'd also like to point the objective balancing, 60% of the time, attacking side is being put at losing position in advance, simply because obj is wide open or too op for defending side to camp on. Defending in random is much easier than attacking from what i've experienced, simply because random ppl can't team up properly in a lifespan of 5-7 minutes. And imagine the friend\comm group defending instead. Add the current state mm is in rn... well it's something that current world leaders should be punished with.

So im having the same problem that appears to be prevelent in here. GFAC fails to initilize and when clicking start the launcher auto closes and the game doesnt start. I am running through steam and I am still using windows 10. I deleted all GFAC files and the launcher fails to initilize GFAC to reinstall them with anti virus off.

Known Issues: Some users are unable to launch the game while steam is open. (Investigating - For now users can launch the game by closing Steam prior to opening or using the "-nosteam" launch argument together with the APB.exe located in the Binaries folder) In your report please include the following: A screenshot or video of the error/issue you're encountering. A different problem with the Launcher but I think it is the same as Rivona stated. The launcher bars are empty and only the language can be changed at the bottom. Well you've reached the right place! As the Legendary Knight, it is my duty to educate you forum plebs in the ethics and customs of my art. Similar to Nox's weapon modification guide, this guide will focus on legendary guns. Which guns to chose, which guns to avoid, how to use the gun you ended up with, and how to modify them. Of course, everything you see on this thread will be the interpretation of one of the contributors or myself. With only one vacant slot available, modifying legendary guns can be a bit tricky which is why the suggestions on this guide are listed in no specific order. If you are an extensive user of legendary guns like me, or wish to share a new/better way of using one of the guns described, feel free to share your input here. The number one rule: Legendary guns are cooler but not better than normal guns. You must accept this fact and move on. Like regular guns, legendaries will have strengths and weaknesses which make them good in some situations and bad in others. But most of them will also have what I like to refer to as legendary magic which are dumb mechanics added in order to remove the feeling that APB is Pay2Win.
