    And i do remember savage 3 tho... back in the RTW days there were so many unbalanced stuff

    You should see framework 4.5(or the latest 4.7) in there. Hit the checkbox press ok and let it install. Or download 4.0/4.5 from the Microsoft site

    Criminals DID have LTL and it caused some unbalances so the crim stun weapons were removed for it.

    One unbalance was crims have ram raiding to make money while enforcers have LTL. When crims also had LTL enforcers had a significant loss of income and could not make money on their faction and resulted in a wide gross count of more criminals than enforcers joining due to money alone.
    We can not have a full district on both sides if we go back to that again. No thank you.

    reading selali's OTW post i think he asked for people to equip gears from the mails, customize it since it can help the OTW stress test. filling everyone in financial 1 with customized gears while trying the weapons and other things, should of help them collect enough data i think...
    But i'm not sure. Hopefully we'll have more news on this this week form Selali or Matt

    when i play enforcer i get way better spawns than i would be playing my crim and i play crim most of the time. i encounter the 150m spawns every match as crim, while on enforcer i get the 100m or below spawns. sometimes i even see enforcer spawn in cars that is within 30-50m of my character location. that never happened to me as a crim so far
    it feels like the complete opposite for me lol
