Ya, the thread was made as an example. They nerfed the vegas years ago when LO took over. The thread was more to do with the crying over the .45. Im not really a reporting type person. The vegas actually needs to be buffed back to the pre LO times. They took the wheelies out. No this was the fruit of an ongoing clan war. Problem is the elements of this clan do not always fly a flag. So these were thought to have been random trolls or haters. characters with American names. So these were covert attacks by that clan, who has now admitted it. So beings its a War. There is no reason to punish the vegas. As I a one man unofficial clan, and had played with these people allot, we always got along. I used to stick up for them in chat when race comments start going. So I've never understood their War, but a war it is. Had I deduced their identity earlier I simply would have counter attacked members of that clan. Instead of thinking it was yet another country or faction starting a second war. You see before apb i played allot of the older facebook 2d games. We all had clans and wars n their were diplomatic talks and documents to be signed, spies and counter spies. So when someone with a clan tag attacks me outside a mission I naturally consider it a clan sanctioned act, and that means that I can retaliate against anyone wearing that tag, or being in close contact with said clan's administrators. I think allot of the more recent attacks are a ploy to get me to complain, to have LO Restore eastern districts, and or to get me to quit. Which even if I did complain n beg for a high latency district, I have no Juice with LO. So we can all just Relax now. Im going to be like Stone Fish. Quietly laying in wait for the right time

Yes. They indicate it was raised from 5 meters to 25 meters. RHD LS1 'Corsair' Now fires roughly 17% faster. The minimum damage per shot the Corsair can deal is now 30% of its base damage. (was 45%) Minimum damage range of the Corsair has been increased from 5m to 25m. Recovery delay reduced by 25%.

This is Slug firing 20 Gauge. This is good but not good enough for something firing a solid slug. Should have never been set so low to begin with. I mean 5 meters is like 15 ft. I'll try the gun again, but if it does not perform I won't continue the rent to own. This game has always had this misunderstanding of ballistics. For one any drop off in velocity occurs over distance gradually. Shotguns do drop off a bit quicker than rifled rounds but not instantly at a given range, the bullet decides its only worth .2cents. You still have all that mass. So somebody sits 16 ft away n tanks 5 quick rounds from a slug n just smiles n kills ya. That's not a Slug firing shotgun I want to have. Even if I shot him with a .410 with bird shot 5 times, he'd be dead at 16 feet away. So this is better.

This is 'Theft by Wire' or Wire Fraud. These Loyalty points are only given to customers who have paid into the system. You giving these codes would be an attempt to fraud or defraud Lo of revenue on Your friends part if used.

This is a big part of the mistrust of LO or Matt. Prior to the unbanning and matts pod cast about eac false banning. We had hackers n trolls everywhere, we had zero faith in eac doing any bans, let alone false bans. Everyone knows that eac was bypassed within 12 hrs of it's install. Then Matt tells us the bans are 30% false in a monitored closed district. So this test didn't happen in a main live district. So this wasn't 30% of our people in a full district where the ac has to monitor the entire pool of the district. So to me it's kinda a lop sided fib. Because we saw no banns except 2-3 we know of. And I don't believe eac could have banned that many or hardly anyone to start with. So then to have the depths of Hell unleashed on us by matt unbanning people from Years back, long before eac. Then we gonna add in that after unbanning he puts in a new contact. So we had to fight hard core hackers and trolls to get the contact done. This with known gangs working to stop non hackers from scoring an xp. So mission after mission of zero xp. I know it sounds like a rant, but hear me. Then either due to MM fixes or pop increase the max pop was lowered from 50 to 40/40. Now in my mind this was a little white lie to make room for GM's in district. So I figured that they were in district, invisible or out of site, Watching these trolls. Had full view of the chat box and the toxics. So this leads to great mistrust, thinking that they are watching it all happen. But the Trollacks made a mistake. one mistake that vindicated the gm's. Not the gm's fault, it's Matt's. I believe the whole eac thing was hogwash, and that the unbanning was done simply to bring up the numbers. Which I can understand from a business stand point. But then he went into how he doesn't believe in perm bans. Well then you need to lay out and describe what the penalty range will be. Not to threaten the hackers but to reassure the legit community. So all of that is still up in the air, If we do report or catch a hacker by sard, what's he gonna do. is he gonna send their mom a letter the first time. Is he gonna ban em for 3 days or what? What would the max penalty be, basically how long can community rest and be assured this person will not be loose on the streets of the City.

It really won't matter, with matt just letting em back in at some point. The only way to stop the hackers is to take what they want. which is gold threat and a record of k/d along with being toxic. These people play because they are mean sociopaths. You Must give me full Sanction. Nerf any designer made sound/song, these are abused to troll missions. Either LO get them or I Will. And God Help them if I get to them first.

It was mentioned that gms would be watching. I've thought all this time these things were seen and over looked. I'll just put this the best way I can. It is a pity, and a shame that I will have to risk my account, because of Matts decision to not watch. Now I don't believe what the troll said, which was that he asked a gm if he could sound troll missions, and got the ok. Heavy bass that over powers all sound a block away. so double b's to the high school. So matts sound kits are trash for one. N he used that bass to follow ya n trolled 3 missions in a row and nobody stopped him. Basically trying to physically injure peoples ears who want to play. So all the hackers are gonna pay now. Matt wont install any in game security or use sard. Matt was less than honest about the eac testing, and unbanned people from ff. Not unbanned from eac. So I have Zero trust in Matt based on who was unbanned. I still believe eac only banned two people automatic. So theres that, that I don't trust matts word, and the vast hackers and their enlistment of this sound troll. So plain n simple I'm going after him and the hackers. Matt can take this account n shove it. He's not in district watching so he is useless and untrusted. Dude in forum said the server side of sard was not on, and no gm rebutted that. So its been known or thought that the ac is not active and is simply a scam. So reporting for hax or toxic acts is still out. These people are aimbotting in the air, floating in the air and botting and they still need this troll to shot block and totaly screw your ears to help the hacking opp. So its on. if I get banned I get banned. I'm just bringing justice, but I believe matts hates justice. So I lose the account, thats the price of justice.

I could write forever about why and what things and who make spending on this game very foolish. joker weapons are under powered and not worth the tickets, oh they work great for the hackers. And a list of names of the Banned, When, why. A list of the 'Flagged by Sard' whether banned or not. Cheats would only be used on other cheats, and at my discretion. Not used to improve my k/d or give me gold. Simply to trash the cheaters k/d.

I'd be all for a Threat reset. I helped in otw and turned gold in two missions. GM said its because the 'Pool is so small there. So I think that if my threat depends so much upon the vast Pool of NA. And we take into account all the golds who rarely play, We take into account the current and long time hacking issues, and that golds make up most of the na pop. So with them desegregating, it puts golds in every mission, on one or both sides, with rare exception. So win or lose the gold will out score any non gold. They will have unfathomable kill counts. So the legit and or average players threat level will never rise past silver 1. So lets pretend one day a bronze goes wild and wins the match and kills more than the gold on team, so it'd have to be like 30 kills. So he wins the mission, and out scores the golds. Then his threat movement is then based on the pools average gold. Not the pool of in district playing now people. but the entire data base of players. So its never been a mountain I considered climbable. The only reward I see from it is being called a hacker by association I think they should remove threats altogether cuz I believe it encourages hacking and contributes to toxic comments in chat

I can understand with the games age and income that paying for a high end AC is not viable. For one there should be no way a player could access files of the game to alter them. I think if game cheating/hacking is so hard to combat. Then Why not do what the voice in the game trailer says. 'We Need People Who are willing to fight fire with fire' Provide me with a save download of aim and movement cheats, that are safe for my system and safe or non taxing to the server. Charge me a fee. Give Me full Sanction. Trash your AC dont pay for one. Make Premium not Free anymore and charge for it. Make your cheat to go along with premium or a premium plus version with the cheats. Don't make it a snap aim or full bot, just something like Smooth aim or Aim Assist. So Not only do you give legit players a way to fight back, you make money doing it. So maybe it's not as good as 3rd party, but it's legal. I can almost guarantee revenue will spike. Not only will you get the angry legits to buy in, but dissuade current 3rd party users from using 3rd party cheats, if they can get legal cheats from LO keeping the account safe.

none of em can compete with ntec. They ruined the far long time back, they nerfed it adding bloom and less swing. Saying it was ruining cq or too op. The Far I'm talking about. Seems the nerfed the cobra about the same time. Of course it's bar chart stats are the same as as ntec but not so much in game. The Cobra was a favorite, supposedly having slightly more punch/damage with slightly less range. According to the bar chart. Misery was a good gun but its just too slow. Ah one day someone will buy the company that understands how guns work. What they do to the body when hit. The idea of being Fair, Gun fights aren't Fair, You want to win or survive and that means You want a bigger badder gun than the other guy.

I would venture to say that any revenue coming from said hackers and toxics, is Dirty money; as in money acquired thru dishonest means. There is a few that would have financial means and buy hax just to be able to Play and survive with the pool of hackers. That may in addition to the hax be able to afford armas items. The rest, the Career Hackers I don't see as honest working people. Since Matt desegregated the game has been ruined, and solely a hackers game. Every anti cheat has been determined as False Bans or Won't Work with engine. Contact was put in the Hacker Happy District where its all snipers. Anyone rolling up a new character already had too many levels and contacts in wf. And releasing thousands of hackers from the FF days based on false positive testing of the newest pos AC. So from my point of view, He let the hackers in to thwart progression of the few Legits. To make the grind longer. His story about the false positive test of eac and the claim that it false banned, is complete hog wash because the only people banned from NA were manual bans for behavior and 2 auto bans, one for a layering program in designer, and one legit for being legit and out of bounds. So All these vast boat loads of people come in I haven't seen since 2016 were not banned by EAC. So they let them in, when we already had loads of hax, and put in a contact to make people work thru hackers. Told us the GM's would be watching. They were around a couple hrs for two days. Then Mass Hackery and Chat Bashing goes on day in, day out. People troll flipping your car so ya can't play. Hard game to just walk away from but that's where I'm at.

I Don't work for LO. We only have one gm running the forums and doing developing as well. A gm is rarely seen in district. There are loads of cheaters in NA and have been for some time. Of course there have always been cheaters/hax but it came to a head bout 6 months ago. People begging for change of the former anti cheat EAC. Which had worked for exactly 12hrs before they cracked it and came in hacking. We saw only two bans from EAC one for a layering program in designer, and one known legit for out of bounds. We begged for change. So Matt gave us change, he unbanned anyone ever banned. And claimed that EAC had false banned them. Adding thousands of hackers. They said gm's would watch them, the gm's came in for a few hours one day. These were people from years back, in other words these people hadn't been seen since the fair fight days. So they said they tested EAC and it came back with a 30% false positive. But the people they let back in were not banned by EAC. So The Toxic factor went thru the roof. The new SARD is suppose to be both client and server side. We have knowledge that the server side is not on, because someone said so in this forum. Saying there was no sending or receiving signal for sard. I'm not tech savvy but he said there was no communication between the server and sard, indicating we were still on the free version without any server side coverage. When this post came out, no gm or staff debated or answered the post. So they did the unban then put sard in a week later, then added a contact. So legits had to fight these hackers to remax. And Nothing from Matt or Gms has been said for months about hacking or behavior. They have tuned a few guns and cars. Nothing has changed in district. It is no longer a playable game unless you're hacking and one of them.

I am pleased with some of the new things, and encourage more. However new game developments become worthless if nobody pays or plays. Hackers are only part of it. The Toxics, Chat spamming racial slurs. The trolls that follow you around to troll missions to take xp and time. This is all NA. LO simply doesn't care about hackers or the in game environment. I'm just gonna clown them till i see large squads of gms in district.

Well I want to thank for your time contributing to my Cause. It is unfortunate you will be leaving the Cause. That LMG has trouble in mid to close ranges more so than other similar lmg's.

True, And I don't understand why it is a one way street. If anyone can kick, then everyone in team should be able to kick. This is a core problem with apb. First off, letting some newer name, beings someone i don't know from bronze dist., come into my city, n then be placed as Leader over me, In My Town. is just wrong. Then that person is gonna be a known toxic, known for toxics, hax, kicks, tk's ect. And the person hasn't been banned for the previous kicks, which is stealing xp and fraud. Then again LO has placed some toxic noob as leader. When I say noob I mean new to me name. So I have questions as to what qualifies this person to be leader over me. How is LO letting the same person, be my leader 15 missions in a row and I'm kicked because I'm not there race or clan type. So it's not just if you're a low performance player, its a matter of race and clan and if you hack or don't. So LO's lack of removing this feature is supporting toxics, hackers/cheaters, trolls, and racists. Allot of these cases, its not that you might be a lower performance, its that members of the same clan are on both sides. and you're leader wants to exploit the mission and you're not one of them and might kill the person they are trying to bring up. Now I got all my max's remaxed they got nothing to steal from me. and Lo can't or won't do a thing. Then I will. Oh I'll follow their one sided one way rules, but without need for xp now its all killin. The amount of evil and sometime criminal things going on in apb is what kept me playing. I actually feel bad when having to shoot someone i know isn't a hacker or toxic. I want all toxic hackers for opp, and long mission timers so i have time to kill em. The objective is simply a reference point where i will find toxic hacking players bent on ruining the game or changing it to a basic k/d shooter, An Kill em. dint mean to rant, but something needs to be done about that kick feature.

i got the family of em, they all have to much recoil lift, and too much bloom. the sub is alright, the ar is better used as a sub, n the lmg is bad. You have to tap it, and its just not comparable to or as good as the kraken.

I normally wouldn't defend LO as I have very negative feelings for LO. NO They are Not Racists. You Imbecile ! The Spanish and Portuguese use chat and names fine, so you're wrong there. The English, Span/Portuguese, and Russian use the Latin Alphabet. Which was written with 20 year old technology. No games back then had the programing for multi-alphabet interaction.

The problem is the investment, and not just the money, that was put into the several max rank 255's. The Time invested, the individual characters and their Looks, and the cars and guns. The creativity and pseudo personalities invented and invested and polished. Then instead of a mass ban wave, we get a mass unbanning from the FF days. Just prior to LO putting new contacts in the hack friendly wf. And I know this because eac only banned like 2 people, and both were not hackers. One ban for some shaders someone used in designer, and one legit player for going where all the other sweatys get to go n nobody says nothing. So Matt lied about the testing results of eac. Eac never banned hackers. So the man has impeached his credibility, and he has impeached the honor of his credibility. How do I know this? Because 90% of those unbanned haven't been around for years. So it's possible these were bans from Battle Eye or FF not EAC. That said, Yes the best thing to do is not play or not play to play, but to avenge the Legits that were driven out of the game by desegregation, and avenge the few Legits. So Matt put all these levels in to give the hackers something to do, by stopping legits from scoring xp to remax the max ranks they had built up. The hackers literally are bending over backwards to stop me, and they doing a pretty crappy job. n watch soon as i finish maxing all the max characters, then a gm will pop into district for 2 minutes to be seen, n then not again for a year. Yes my other game is really fun compared to apb, even thou i have to pay for repairs of each airplane that i lose. And I have had some time to put back into that game. APB is a 12 hr a day job to remax, its not fun at all, when its for xp only. So. The plan is to finish my alt/reroll and then do my flying at will, and I pay for War Thunder. So I have lost time in WT because of Apb having to remax what I already maxed. Basically I will come in and Murk every hacker in apb at my leisure, where i'm not under stress for them stealing xp for the mission or some sour troll is trying to keep me from playing.
