We get what we are promised and as i stated before. with very little information (but still unique such) they could find all the accounts that i made through the years and i could finally gather all my stuff properly. G1 aint got shit on LO. LO does it all by the books. And tells us about it, not because they are forced to, but because they want to. I highly doubt there is yet a single unjustified ban thrown from LOs bannhammer that wasnt fixed immediatley. If it ever happened. If he sent those raunchy symbols to his wifes and kids accounts he has some problems that we cannot solve. Nevertheless You are clearly banevading. And it was said that the first time around breaking symbol guidelines they remove your symbols, second time around you get da hamma. And he provoked the gm by saying i got those symbols backed up(this is basically saying fook your rules ill do what i want, implying that you have no intent to follow the rules) Thats problematic in its own way. Sure, the gamemaster should have removed the symbols on the cars and stuff too. But i think he wanted error to go back streaming asap. But when error instead decided to insult the gm and then mock him by saying he got backups. Thats a problem in it whole self right there. You dont loose your weed to a policeman then say dw i got two kilos at home and dont expect to have hell reign upon you for doing so. You brought this on yourself. Now accept it.

It is not shown, it is in the symbol chooser. So gm had right to remove them, as he did. Per example, bending over forwards in undergarnments is a sexually provocative position si?.. Im not saying this is the reason for the ban but it might very well be the reason for the first kick, during that moment he directly starts insulting the gamemaster who he knows is there, just to spark an argument or whatever its called. As you can see throughout the various threads around this topic, he gets very heated as soon as he is proven wrong. There could be many factors and variables taken into account of his ban. Im just stating the first possibilities i saw in the vid.

To clarify this. He did in fact not do this but error had 2 other accounts in his twitch description mentioned as his own. Oh okay.. I have 10 accounts or more. When i had an issue i jotted down my ip and last known passwords, from this information they handed me all my accounts. You are pretty gullible to believe there was no backgroundcheck going into that to see that was your accounts. You should educate yourself abit in databases and gamemanagement before you rant like a mad man. Obviously there are underlying proof thay supports the implication that all of the said accounts is yours... I mean.. If it wasnt how do you know they are banned? If you get banned and still play its ban evasion which is also bannable, so per default, all your known accounts get banned when one is.

Breaking tos of a game you are streaming can lead to a termination of the account. And insulting a gm in twitch chat while streaming said game, about an issue in the game, to an individual ingame, that you know reads twitch chat, is in fact revolving around the game and not twitch. No matter where you type it. You knew as a fact the gm would see it. And did it publicly. And the break of tos is you raunchy symbols. Not the personal insults. And those are within the game.

Si dat is ze problem. Ooon a real note though, i looked into this for like 5 minutes only. And its not really hard to see that error detection is toxic and shouldnt behave as he does. The YT vid clearly shows him repeatedly insulting a gamemaster. Whilst it is his problem that he continuously breaks the newly changed ToS. Yes there are thongs and such in-game. That doesnt make your symbol rule-compliant. Your symbols were properly dressed but had a bit of spice to them, they were raunchy. Sexually provocative. Thats not what the ingame thongs do to your character. You simply wear it as a garnment, not as a sexsymbol. These are just some of the reasons that i could find on the top of my head why you/him/whatever-mr-ban-evader got banned.

So ur the forum police? It's pretty fucking clear that nothing have been done yet. Nothing has changed. If something had been done we would not have these hiccups for 24h still going strong, but I guess this is APB, logic doesn't apply. Maybe they have done something to combat it, but as it's clearly not working, mitigation should be enabled and some other solution should be dug up. I'm sure theyre looking into it, but sometimes a temporary solution is better than none. In this case enabling mitigation would be better than the teleportfest that's been going strong for more than a full day.

The servers have been shit for 17h consecutively and nothing has been done, just this little quiet message that the did infact get ddosed... Mmhm... Way to alleviate the issue there... The game has had teleports for almost 2 days. And nothing, literally nothing. Is done to fix the issue.

this is true, the game doesnt revolve around fc, clearly. its a feature that will be scrapped as previously stated. and i only do fc for the musts... jt... else its mission districts and i have 0 issue with taking down a shottie or two with something that isnt a shotgun, but right now i feel theyre still in a wrong place though... the range or dmg output is very wierd and iffy... cant really get my head around what it is exactly, but shotguns arent okay atm. and can we delete shredder for the time being?

This is not an isolated incident, I've heard around and two others out of the players that circulated citadel today have had this before... I don't know how to reproduce it since I have limited bandwidth so I can't patch otw atm and I'm too poor on live. What I did was run to the npc instantly upon connecting to social, buy the mod, jump to action directly after purchase, like, directly without moving at all... Just buy esc esc dist select join... I'm not bothered by the loss of it anymore, but thought I should notice that I'm not the only one... This hasn't occurred any of the hundred times I've shopped for jt during the years across several chars and accounts, just this time Not if ur a spaz like me, if I tag someone then someone comes shooting at me, I'd like to feel comfy knowing my teammates sees that dude is shot while I focus the one hitting on my face instead... It's a great situational mod

title says it all, character name: ItsEfinity.... as noted i had 300jt, spent 250 and bought the tagger JT mod since im under rank 195 on the char in question. the item never showed up in locker or anywhere else. and grinding JT is the most grindy patootie thing in this game except for chrome skins... im writing this here so others can see... also because i feel the decade of wait on tickets isnt really going to serve its purpose here as the mod is only usable for 7 days and i feel like theyd just say the same thing as they did under tiggs ruling... "as the consumable days of the item has since passed nothing can be done"... but im not about to play a game that breaks when you go shopping for vital upgrades such as mods etc.... this never happened to me before but did just 1~2 hours ago.... sorry for the wierdly formatted post... i cant deal with long posts and forums... here is a potato

this might be a combination of ddos mitigation and a horrible ISP, i have made characters on nekrova and jericho both and they simply have a little latency, whilst citadel completely crashes, so this is not simply due to mitigation on its own... we need answers @Lixil @MattScott at this point you can forget about doing a mission even, not a chance in the world you complete it before the next crash.

crash numero 6 btw, this should have been taken care of before, bandaid patches doesnt really do anything, and right now, the playerbase is dropping at a recordsetting pace, this can be the very death of apb... its almost a month now of random crashes, loss of packets, district lockups, and just general pingspikes

5th crash in 30 minutes. this isnt mitigation, its strangulation. im not the one to rage or fuzzy bunny, but fix your fucking shit

Clearly one option is to look into another ISP, this doesnt happen to other games with other ISPs(not rly comparable but nonetheless), or remotely as often to NA which have another ISP. Citadel died again 14/07 20:23 GMT+1
