One of the main things with OSCAR vs Raptor is that the OSCAR retains mobility and awareness from hip fire. Also, I would say the OSCAR retains better accuracy as well, because of the nature of a burst fire weapon, you don't have to worry about bloom like you do on a Raptor. On the OTHER hand, the dude that Pookie originally quoted said Whisper or OSCAR, in which case the whisper is no where near in comparison despite it's 50m drop off. You've never held an angle with the HVR before? People will jiggle peak you when they are on a corner, and you need to be zoomed in to be able to take reaction shots. In this scenario, 15 FoV is pretty detrimental to your peripheral vision and awareness compared to 30 FoV. What do you honestly need 15 FoV with a max range of 99 meters for anyway? You trying to see the dude's nose hairs? Since we're on the subject. It should probably be -10 or -15 degrees instead of setting to a specific degree, and should provide a tad extra marksman accuracy over HS3 (-0.2 on modifier vs HS3 -0.15). I think that would make it pretty competitive.

The only actual issue I have with the NTEC is the high kills-per-mag potential. 32 rounds is potentially 5.33 kills. If you compare that to any other non-LMG weapon, it's quite up there. Other than that, maybe some tweaks here and there, but definitely not the nerf wiffle bat.

I'll be honest with you. Doesn't matter what you're loading up. CS:GO, LoL, DotA, or even Apex Legends nowadays, you're just going to get your patootie handed to you if you're new. People out there are skilled and learn quick. It's very frustrating for some people to be competent, but be held back by someone on your team that isn't pulling their weight (Elitism). It is in poor character, because they are getting upset that they couldn't beat an opposing team because of a circumstance that is not within their control (poor teammate performance). The best thing you can do is just not let it affect you, and not let them try to drag you down. Understand they are upset and why they are upset, but also realize it's not anyone's fault, so there's no reason for anyone to feel bad, argue, or whatever. If they want to get upset and call you trash, that's on them. I had been mulling over the idea of making strategy and tactics videos for APB to maybe help some people get better at the game, but I wasn't sure how well something like that would be received.

The problem with your argument is that the 0.7 TTK is full auto. Tap firing the NTEC will raise the TTK to about a full second for a 57m target. Also, this isn't about a wild west duel. This is about which weapon does the job better in the same exact scenario. So, if you are on a corner and open fire on a target that is going to get to cover in 0.9 seconds at a 50 meter range, the NTEC wouldn't get you the kill, while the CJ3 Obeya very well could.

60m is definitely a 100% Obeya win. I think waiting for bloom on the NTEC adds a lot more to the TTK than people realize. Obeya CJ3 TTK is 0.78 vs NTEC at 0.70. This means there's only about 0.08 seconds of buffer that the NTEC can wait for bloom. So, if you aren't full auto, NTEC won't beat an Obeya's time. This means that on live, Obeya CJ3 already encroaches on NTEC territory pretty significantly. This firerate nerf would mean the Obeya is just outright better at all ranges. Hopefully this clarifies for some people. You lose a lot of your credibility here for me. You cannot hit a 0.7 TTK with an NTEC at 57 meters. The NTEC does in fact have bloom.
