Did you expect anything else? They have to transfer thousands of accounts, that's a lot of database records, then verify after it's done, then test it. Go play something else.

Really as annoying as griefing is, it's open-world MMO. I don't expect blizzard to ban people parking their drake mounts in front of Stormwind bank.
Carsurfing with kevlar and alig while P5/N5 and obliterating everything on your way technically can be considered griefing because you are not making someone's mission very pleasant.
By no means I'm justifying griefing but permaban for this on second offense is ridiculous.
I guess that's how LO can say later "we are banning people". Except not the cheaters lol.

This means beginners should play in bronze districts.

APB has next to no new player retention.
This is a direct result of veteran players playing in what is the only set of districts new players should be in.
If you aren't new, stay out of the beginner districts.
If all veterans played in silver, matches would be more fair for EVERYONE. Even now silver districts often have more silver players than gold. If all veterans played in silver you wouldn't be facing top tier golds ever time like in the fantasy scenario vets who play in bronze like to talk about.
FFS, this is about as simple a concept as there is. I honestly cannot believe anyone is confused about it.
Back when EU had 1500-1800 players, golds still were playing in silver district so the whole "there's not enough population" is not entirely true. In fact on EU even with 600 people now golds can fill 1 financial and waterfront and silvers can fill their district too and bronze to be left for new players.
Yes, US doesn't have population so it makes "sense" to put silvers and golds together but US is the smaller server so why the hell LO has to do such drastic changes just to cater to the smaller server? And really, silvers will get roflstomped, matchmaking is a joke.
You continue to push this absurd idea to lump everyone with experience into the same district as if everyone with experience is at the same skill level. Those issues are symptoms of several problems, some of them come from top to bottom therefore the solutions have to be aimed there.
Retention sucks because many reasons, silvers in bronze is the last of them. Tutorial sucks, game has initial high learning curve, optimization is awful, reviews are awful.
The reality is that currently there's no solution that would be fair to everyone. People need to stop making those threads, wait for engine update and cross-district matchmaking and old players coming back.

Or people are angry because they said what the issue is then LO drops changes that don't even adddress it. It's like returning a steak because undercooked but in 5 minutes the chef comes back, steak is still undercooked but has more marinade.

Bronze is full of dethreaters. All GMs seem to be doing is chatting in district about some bullshoot and nothing gets done. We had a guy in our team there killing us all off at every opportunity and then took the task item to the other teams base! We told the GM and there was no reply. This happened two games in a row! This is beyond fixable now. I wanted APB to succeed but it seems its too late. The engine upgrade will just be the final nail in this over rotten coffin. Nothing can fix APB. Please not this again. Dethreating is a symptom of a bigger problem, must be really hard to wrap your head around it....
And I already explained to you why it's very unlikely people to cheat in bronze but if you wanna believe bronze is full of cheaters - it's your choice.

Btw russians are already on Citadel, the merge will do nothing.

Most important thing is the size and the shape, then the optical sensor. You don't need to get the mouse with the best sensor from the current year, lots of pro players use same mouse for years because they have used. It's like cars, every year new mice and sensors come out with tiny incremental upgrades so the masses can rush and buy them, thinking it's will be better. Then you have the shill "influencers" who help them
Zowie is a good brand but their dpi switch is on the bottom, so if you need to switch during combat it's impossible. They also don't have software which I find mandatory ..at least for me.
Razer's quality is a complete joke, you can safely avoid them.
Stay from Finalmouse, horrible warranty and replacement service and artificially keep low stock on their official site so they can sell them through amazon for over 200$.
So with those brands off the list, the only left "top" mice are Logitech, Steelseries, and Glorious
Logitech taxes you for the brand name heavily, you don't need wireless mouse unless cables ever bothered you so simple g203 will do it if you like shape. Good software too.
Glorious combines the best features from most successful mice in one, it's a good price for what it offers.
I use Steelseries myself, it's good quality and I like the software, can make profiles with different dpi and button settings depending on the game, I use the side buttons for switching cameras and switching weapons, different setups for different games. Can do it through the keybinds settings for the game but that's how I do it.
Cooler master mm530 has top optical sensor and it's cheap too. Their pads are good too, I like them better than Steelseries's pads.
If you are going to play APB, it's not worth to spend lots of money on a mouse.

Oh, and turn off mouse smoothing, get a pad that's like 40cm and make sure you have free room of 25cm where you can spin 360 degrees with whatever mouse sensitivity value is that depending on your dpi. At least for me that's optimal.

All those things give you an edge in competitive games when competing at high levels...which don't exist in APB. You don't need pixart 3360 sensor , maybe only 120hz monitor and hope target doesn't warp when strafing and shooting back.

It's only for 5+1, it works just fine for the other quantity options and joker boxes options(at least the few I tested).
Oh, I have never purchased 5+1 before, it was 20+5 and few 1's.

There's not enough population for another threat although it's needed. The best temp. solution they can do is complete threat segregation but then forums will be flooded with complains again.
Maybe when engine update comes and it's not a giant flop we can finally have cross district match-making(and hope we are not send to empty district to do missions, that's just boring)

I'm almost certain LO ain't banning sh.t for cheating.
Submitted a ticket about few "streamers" last month, got a reply they will look into it, none of the youtube vids set to unlisted have been even watched and those people are still around. But for sure they are looking into it! Hell, even on of them should be straight banned for anti-semitic name.
I'll give them another month because benefit of the doubt if not then it's confirmed everything send through /report and CS goes straight to /dev/null

lmao, what.??You unlock 3 slot version if you play long enough. And 3 slot weapon doesn't grant you a win automatically. For some weapons the 3rd slot is even unnecessary. Don't bring me that crap argument, there was already the option to get the weapons for leased time.
It's good for the consumer but good for APB because it kills some of its revenue.

There are not enough clothing on armas to sustain the cost of running APB. And to make clothing fast and efficiently they will need UE 3.5
Armas is not just reskins of "f2p" weapons, it's permanent weapons, either you buy them for leased time or buy them permanently, it's fairly obvious, can't fathom the people who say armas is p2w just because it costs money. This is what drives the sales - if you don't wanna bother getting leased weapons and rank up the role for more slots - you buy them.
Other than troublemarker and atac back then, and the fang right now there's no p2w. And just because you have fang it doesn't mean you are going to win.
I'd love to see financial report for the past 6 months and another report after 6 months and see the dips in revenue. But I won't

I just said 10k JT is not a small amount and takes time to collect.
Believe it or not, most players play only one character. And yes, 3 slot gun bought for JT is potentially lost revenue that can be used to pay staff, servers, engine update and other development.
It's not like LO is generating huge amount of profit to afford to be so generous. Even gifting is disabled.
Do I like getting "free" weapons. Yes. But doesn't mean it's reasonable decision to offer 3 slot guns.
