If I'm not mistaken, isn't the player mesh parented to that of the vehicle as long as you're sitting inside it and therefore unable to take damage? If that's the case, they'd have to rework how player and vehicle meshes interact with each other, and while I know very little about game development, I imagine it's not easy to do.

You can't really tell, but there's a good bit of clearance between the bottom of the case and the carpet. The PC is fine.

I go back and forth between silver and gold a lot, and when silver, I have never experienced any of this. Not sure if it's cultural differences between servers or what. The best thing you can do is hide team/whisper/district messages and just play to have fun. It's their problem if they don't like it.

Shredder unless I need something for long range. Then I prefer the PSR.

I don't usually play games because they're all boring. But when I do, it's either APB, Planet Coaster, or MAME.

I hate to say it, but your best bet might be to contact support. I wasn't aware that console accounts are handled differently than pc. Hmm. Maybe if you login then select APB on the next screen, there will be a marketplace link somewhere? (Shows up at the top of the page on PC, anyway.)

That's debatable as well. Sure, some did fight for slavery. Still some fought for their homes (There were people who lived in the CSA who did not support slavery). Why not? I think it bears clarification, particularly since people do use it as part of their outfit in the game.

This may have been discussed in the QnA and I missed it (largely because I didn't have time to watch it in the first place), but what will LO's stance be on the Confederate Flag? I know their views on symbols of hate like the Nazi swastika, but the whether the Confederate Flag is such a symbol is debatable depending on who you ask. Some claim it represents racism and slavery while others contend that it represents pride and heritage. While I don't use the symbol, I would be interested to hear their stance (if any) on its use
