We are looking into it, but for now, please don't allow this small inconvenience to ruin your game time for you. I believe that if you wait for a bit the character appears. Hello everyone, In the name of the LO staff and myself, I wanted to say, alive and well What happened, happened and we all have better things to do than to dwell on that issue any longer. Thing are being resolved accordingly and lessons were learned. Thank you all for your support, however. We do not put everyone in the same basket and therefore what this person or that person did, will in no way affect our attitude towards the rest of you and towards Fallen Earth. Hello virginiavirgin, From what I've seen, the World Server keeps disconnecting every time an attempt is made to enter one of the districts, and I've only noticed the issue on the NA server. Hello! Okay well, since we at this very moment have no further information, I can only advise you from the player's perspective. Until we know for sure how far it goes and what can be done about it, I would personally advise you not to invest your gaming time into that just yet. Would anything on a major scale happen to restore things. But again, just my opinion as a user

Hello everyone, To address the current issue, we are now only in the early stage of things actually being fixed. The game is live, but there are still some rough patches to go through, including this new issue regarding the rollback and perhaps other losses on your accounts. The issue had been reported to the developers and it has been taken further. They are now looking to smooth out the rough patches and mitigate the damage caused. In the meantime, if you are one of the users suffering the damage caused by this, please do not hesitate to make a support ticket and address and specify the issue. We are looking to help you if we can. We understand your frustration caused by waiting for the response, but a ticket on hold is better than no ticket. Now, it is the weekend, and it is expected that some wait will be needed, but the waiting time on the ticket response was also addressed and hopefully we will manage to find a fitting solution. As for expressing your opinions and such, it is a public test and your opinion on things as well as discussions are certainly expected and welcome. As for what Lixil mentioned about server instability; we are incorporating a large new part of the game, it would be absolutely absurd to believe everything will simply run flawlessly at the first try, therefore we upfront are ready to tackle the issues that we expect may arise. We are looking to bring you a new mode experience without a headache and it is basically what stress test is for. We are testing the limits.
