1. Are you sure? (Windows can be funky)
2. You're trying to log in to the live version and not OTW, right?

It may be some rare bug which almost never happens.

So noone knows a way to force a log out? that is so sad , everytime I remember about apb I check if it still happens and it is still happening :(

Seems like you already sorted this out in twitter. "It's due to server lag, it will clear out soon."

 

Edit: I guess they didn't know it has been on for about 2 days.

Still happening , if a gm would kick my character I could log in, but GM aren't ez to find.

if you could dm me your character name and server i could have a look to see if the character is online, but i'm afraid this might be an issue that to be resolved by either a server restart or with the help of our support team

As a GM wouldn't you be able to kick him from the server if his character is online ?

 

if you can do that princess could probably log back in after?

The update solved this issue for me. However one of my friends (more of a friend of a friend) is having the same issue. This doesn't seem 2 be such a random unusual occurrence.

 

Can you implement auto kick fuction for people who sit in district select for more than 15 minutes? It seems like a good temporary solution

I was getting this, too. Eventually I could log in but now it won't let me select any characters on Jericho. It is absolutely frustrating.
