Tinted Windows

There should be an option to have tinted windows on the cars you customize, its a simple thing but it makes the cars look nice.

Why not taking car customization to a whole new level? Programable light bars for cops and neon strips for crimes. (Faction specific) and extendable spoilers? Lowering cars so you cant shoot under it with sniper but you can`t drive in that state either. There is so much possibilty and APB is so crazy that it would perfectly fit in

The Fresno needs more love in general, it only has one kit and a bunch of potential.

The Fresno is my favourite car, if cars could have hydraulics that would be nice. Would go with the Fresnos easily. But yeah, a couple more kits would be nice. I want white wall tyres too.
